   A wonderful and unique place, that is warm, peaceful and yet stimulating. Included in this ambience is great food at the cafe and a collection of indigenous art., that is part of the permanent collection at Burrinja. Local and non-local artists exhibit as well so we have always something new to see.

   Burrinja a hidden treasure buzzing with art culture and community. Great friendly experience and wonderful artists shop to purchase unique art plus great food in the relaxed cafe.

   Burrinja is a very cosy, unique gallery space. It is buzzing with it’s resident studio spaces, cafe and activity centre. there is ample viewing space, as well as facility for young children. The local community is represented alongside other visiting artists, both visual and music.
   Lovely experience.

   Burrinja offers a variety arts interests including Music, Painting exhibitions, Theatre performances and visiting programmes.
   It offers the Dandenong Ranges a first rate high standard of Arts presentations to be envied.

   Great exhibition space, great cafe, provides local artists with a space to exhibit and perform and brings international art to local communities.

   Burrinja provides not only local art and international art to the local community, It provides great entertainment, from comedy to music and plays . Sunday music in the Cafe is a must for locals and visitors.

   I love the warm, friendly atmosphere and the sensational artworks from local artists. The cafe is beautiful and the live entertainment is great. Highly recommended.

    As soon as you enter the building you know you’re in a special place. A warm, relaxing space where art is not elitist.

    Burrinja is a warm friendly space full of fabulous art, excellent music, delicious food and the best chai. An all round beaut experience.

    Very different experience. Well worth the trip. Great meals in cafe, and unique gallery spaces. Interesting, and lay back.

    A very special meeting place - warm and inviting, vibrant and exciting - different spaces offering different experiences. A real find and a great place to take out of town visitors.

    beautiful, warm, inviting community cultural centre. Great gallery with a gorgeous indigenous art collection and other interesting exhibitions from local and not so local artists. Also excellent regular entertainment - open mic night, theatre, comedy…
