A wildlife park that actually lets you touch the native animals. Unlike zoos where there is a fence between you and the animals, here you get to touch them .. except the Tassie Devils of course. Who would have tought that kangaroos have a soft spot just under their chins. This is the place we take all out visitors from overseas.

    Good park for kids but needs some work. Croc pond is way too small. Kangaroos are great fun.

    Ballarat wildlife park is an exceptional wildlife park for all ages especially for the kids. My child loved the animals and the surrounding enviroment is calm and quite and perfect for a family outing on the weekend .
