Located in the historic Port PrecinctMy parents, Colin & Julie Mills, opened the Brewey with another couple, Lindsey and Jenny Hearn in April this year.
Previously a take-away sandwich bar, they have turned into an unique dining experience, completely renovating the building and completing a court yard out the back, it is a relaxing atmosphere to dine in.
The kitchen is open, which they believe entitles them to be honest to their customers.
The brewery was opened for my parent’s generation. Aimed at tourists who come to Echuca to see the Murray, who love their beer, but enjoy trying something different.
All in all, they are hard working parents and deserve to get the place well known.
As it has just opened, not many people know about it, and i think it’d be great if it was in your top 101, it would definately help promote their business that they have put so much into.
