I would like to especially thank Geelong Ford Discover Centre’s friendly reception.

Indeed the Ford Discover Centre may not be a special place to visit. It introduced the history of Ford, and the different traditional models of Ford vehicles.I would say the experience was ordinary.

However, the front counter reception makes a different of my visiting experience of the Ford Discover Centre. She is very nice and energtic personnel really impress me to discover more about the site. And at the end, the entrance children’s pictures are very nice, too.

It was a lovely experience and the reception helps me find out more about this Victoria 101 website. I would say thank you for the lovely lady always smiling at the front counter.

Then wander down to Geelong’s popular foreshore.. A day you won’t regret!

The Ford Discovery Centre was fantastic. The girls at the counter were informative and had great customer service. The centre itself made my husband drool! He’s a Ford fanatic of course and enjoyed looking at the history of HIS car. It gave you a whole new perspective of design and what goes into making a car from a sketch thru to on road.

Given the history Ford Motor Co has with Geelong I think it’s great to see a Museum like this. It’s very educational and well set out. I like the fact you can move up close to some of our countries great old cars and that they are in such pristine condition. Hats off to the Ford Discovery Centre, a great day out for us and the kids.

I found that the Ford Discovery Centre has given an insight into an industry that employs a multitude of skills that are employed in the manfacture of a vehicle from start to the finished product.
Their signs are descriptive and the displays give enough information that allows the assembly of the vehicle to be easily followed.

A very family friendly attraction. Perfect facility for corporate or club events too. The staff are first class and make everyone welcome aswell as being extremely informative. The inclusion of the Ford Discovery Centre in the 25th Anniversary commemorative cruise of the XD and XE ESP owners of Australia was a highlight for both locals and interstate members.

I was impressed by the technologies involved in car manufacturing. Ford Discovery Centre presented the history of car making in Australia as well as the advancements in the car industry. The hydrogen technology is a possibility in the near future. We should be proud that we have such a car manufacturer in Australia. I would definitely consider a Ford in the future.

The Centre very kindly joined in the 39th National Jaguar Car Clubs Rally and hosted a dinner event for us. We could not have asked for a better venue with a motoring theme. The icing on the cake was John Goss as the speaker with his Bathurst Falcon car already there on display.
A great venue, great displays. A credit to those who thought of it and to Ford Australia for supporting it.
