Mildura looks like a jewel in the crown of Australia with its orange orchards and green vineyards. A boat trip along the Murray river, a walk in the botanical gardens with the multi-coloured beds of roses are attractions out of this world that left me spell bound.
One can easily fall in love with this sleepy, attractive and warm town.
    Mildura, here we come!

A hot air balloon tip over Mildura is fantastic. The silence while floating along is amazing. Great to wave to the people below too. A really memorable flight.

Who could not love Mildura? So much to do, so much to see. Perfect weather. As a family holiday I could not have wished for more. The nine hour drive was well worth it and we’ll be returning again soon.

    Sunraysia Golf Range
Golf Driving Range, retail golf shop and licenced coffee lounge located on Ontario Avenue in Mildura. Heaps of fun for the family when on holidays or for any golfer of any ability. Has a massive synthetic putting green and grass tee. Undercover bays. The retail golf shop is the House of Golf and is huge.

Take a trip on the Paddle Vessel Rothbury to to elegant Trentham Estate Winery for tastings of local wines and BBQ lunch over looking the beautiful Murray River. Another relaxing idea is evening Dinner Cruise onboard the Rothbury to make your loved one feel special, or for something more simple, relax on Paddlesteamer Melbourne, marvling at the mystery of Lock 11.
Snakes and Laders is also a must see for kids, big and small!

Cruise upstream on the Paddle Vessel Rothbury to Trentham Estate Winery for a tour and tastings and BBQ lunch, or an evening Dinner Cruise onboard the Rothbury at night is just magical!
Woodies Gem Shop is also a must see!

There is a wonderful diversity of things to see and do in Mildura from National Parks in the Mallee and on the Murray River to the cosmopolitan atmosphere of the township of Mildura. We particularly enjoyed camping on the river, and the Mildura Discovery Tour which took us to local farms and the place where thay make pink salt.

apart From stefanano’s restaurant which needs months to book, all that is mentionned in this article is actually in NSW.
The river belongs to NSW, as is Trentham Estate, Mungo National Park, the Botanical Gardens,etc..
Whilst speaking about NSw attractions, she forgot to mention Orange world, a unique attraction . So, why throw a few attractions and forget the best!
RACV as I was told is Victorian, why is this article nearly all NSW?
    Perhaps, mention Sunraysia…
