Mossvale Park on the highway between Leongatha and MIrboo North. Great for a BBQ and autumn is the best time of year.

    Mossvale is the park of choice if you want to soak up an English atmosphere. Even more so when the local ‘Leongatha Medieval Society’ puts on one of their monthly displays of 14th Century archery and swordmanship.
    Photographers are seen to come from all over to take advantage of the park’s unique landscape and tranquil setting.
    If you ever need a place to go for a Sunday picnic/ BBQ then look no further than Mossvale Park.

    Mossvale Park is a wonderful park area. They have a fantastic Classical Music Day the last Sunday in February every year. A great setting people bring picnics, chairs, blankets etc. and listen to the Melb. Symphany Orchestra along with usually 3 or 4 soloists a marvellous experience.
    Check with the Leongatha Council/Shire for more details.
    Highly recommend this place as well as Concert.

    i felt like i was in an old english garden the atmosphere was tranquil and relaxing

    The beautiful trees are very pretty and there is plenty of space to walk or run. A perfect setting for live music or a BBQ.
