I could not recommend this workshop highly enough. If you like travel, admire good photography and enjoy the city of Melbourne, you’ll love the workshop Martin runs. Local area knowledge is hard to beat. Martin is knowledgeable, observant and very talented, so he’s unbeatable! For me the best part of this was building a great momento of what travel is really about. Thanks Martin.

I was on holiday from NZ and the tour with Martin was absolutely brilliant. First and foremost, he’s just a good guy, happy to share his knowledge of photography. He was patient, and very perceptive as to where I could benefit most from different skills and techniques. I found it easy to ask the dumb questions and appreciated the chance to experiment without feeling I was holding him up.
On top of all of this, Martin can show you great spots for photos, some, you would never find by yourself. His knowledge of photography, history and the city of Melbourne was great. I had a brilliant time and would recomend the tour to anyone.

This is an awesome class - I would highly recommend it. I really enjoyed wandering through the city and seeing things from a totally different perspective….there are so many unique features of Melbourne which most of us miss is our everyday lives. Martins approach to teaching is very relaxed, fun and informative.

I grew up in Melbourne and today have had the best experience of my photographic life. I have been an enthusiastic frustrated amateur photographer for many years, but with Martin’s fantastic walking tour of Melbourne and his historical knowledge which he is proud to share with his clients, I have learnt so much about my camera and the city of which he is so passionate. It was fascinating to ’see’ the city through someone else’s eyes and learn from his years of experience behind the lens. He was happy to pass on his handy hints to improve my techniques in an informative and professional manner. Thanks for a perfect day in a fantastic city, which I have now captured for my pleasure. I now feel far more comfortable with my photography skills. Thanks again Martin.

I have found doing the workshops with Photo made easy to be so enjoyable, that I am continuing to do the workshops to inhanse my skills in taking Photos witha a digital camera..
I would highly recomend all who has an interest in taking Photos to do these workshops. Martin has a great understanding on Melburne and what you can see around the city for taking magic photos.
Photo made easy is one of the best workshops I have done in many years..

Martin is contagiously passionate about photography and has an art of explaining the fundamentals in a fun, easy to understand way. I learned so much more than I expected to about my digital camera and can’t wait to put it into practice. Anyone who takes photos should do the basic course just to ensure they are getting the most out of their camera. Martin is generous enough to teach us how to see with a photographer’s eye. He is gifted and secure enough in his art form to share some of the photographic tricks that others might not be so willing to do. One of the best value for money courses I have completed in a long time and Martin’s great personality, incredible knowledge of our city and personal life stories were an added bonus. Can’t recommend it more highly!

I participated in this workshop after seeing it on Coxy’s Big Break a while ago. What a great way to spend an afternoon (or morning). Martin Bonnici’s passion for Melbourne shows on his walking tour of our great city. I am a country Victorian who loves Melbourne but Martin showed me a different perspective of the city. He comments on architecture and history of buildings which is very interesting. He also showed me how to get the best photos from my digital camera and various techniques that I am now putting into practice. Also how to use the settings on my camera instead of keeping it on “Auto” all the time! This workshop was very informative, both about Melbourne and about photography, and very entertaining. I will most certainly be doing the other two workshops in the near future. All the best Martin and thanks.

I participated in the Photography made easy workshop today after seeing it on Coxys big break a while back. Not only did I learn heaps about taking great photos and to use the functions on my camera to their best advantage, but I also had a fabulous and informative walk around my home town of Melbourne. With Martins assistance I was seeing Melbourne, its history and ambience through the eyes of a photographer. I will certainly continue with the nightshop workshop in the near future. This workshop is a must for anyone interested in improving their photographic skills in a practical hands on situation. Thanks Martin for a wonderful learning experience.

I participated in this workshop after seeing it on Coxy’s big break, to enable me to obtain better pictures whilst my wife and I were touring canada and alaska during May. The workshop was very informal but very informative. Martin certainly knew his subject of Photography and Melbourne. Martin was passionate about his work and was able topass this passion on to his clients. My photos of canada were certainly enhanced by me attending this workshop. I intend to do the nighttime workshop with Martin accompanied by my daughter who als has an interest in photography. Highly recommended.

This was definitely value for money. Martin takes you through the photography tips and this hands on approach meant that you could put what you were learning into practice. Martin also knows quite a bit about Melbourne and even though I’ve lived here for over 30 years I managed to learn some things that I otherwise would not have known. This is definitely something I would recommend.

The ability to take photographs that are good, you are proud of and willing to display in your home later is a great thing and a great skill. Combining that with the opportunity to walk Melbourne’s streets and see some of our great buildings is a fantastic experience. Most important is that it lasts beyond that particular day because you have great photos to remember the moment or spot, taking them yourself and having a story to tell about it makes personal and special.

Hi! I’m a native Melbournian and was amazed at all the sights and info that I DIDN’T KNOW about our amazing city!!! Also seeing as I’ve always been interested in photography (but never had a clue how to really use my camera properly!) I picked up heaps of handy hints to improve the quality of the pictures I take. A++++! I would definitely recommend this as a great experience for overseas visitors and locals alike :-)

I lived in Melbourne for 9 1/2years and worked in the Arts Precint. Every night I would walk into the city and take up the sights of the architecture on my travels home. Whilst I have wonderful memories of the sity scape I have no photo’s of those delights. I will be doing this tour to snap up some of those memories. I’m delighted this is available and offers people a true delight in our beautiful city. We have some amazing architecture and some true treasures hidden. Buildings seem to come alive at night and you are almost transported to another world. It will change your view of Melbourne I guarantee!

PME is a three hour ‘hands on’ photography tutorial. Photos are some of the most special items we have. This is a unique way to improve your photography skills and tour the city of Melbourne at the same time.

This is a great workshop to participate in if your interested in photography. Having very little knowledge of this field myself, Martin’s expertise and teaching methods make sure that anyone who participates in this workshop, will walk away with the knowledge and techinques to take beautiful photos. Since partaking in this workshop I have noticed a remarkable difference in the pictures I take. I would highly recommend this anyone who is interested in photography, it is money very well spent.

I am an amateur photographer that likes to shoot travel photography. I took this workshop to improve my photography. What a difference to get advice from a professional photographer. Martin lead me through tips on how to better handle my camera and how to use my lenses more effectively. I can now say that my confidence is better and I am excited to incorporate some of his ideas into my own photography. Well worth it.

Great Tour! I was visiting from Canada and stumbled onto Marty’s workshop. It’s great to have a local perspective of the city. I was able to get great shots of Melbourne, and quickly got to know your city. Marty answered all of my technical questions with ease. He is very approachable and has a great sense of humor. If you want to know the city of Melbourne, improve your photography and get great shots, I highly recommend this tour. Thanks Marty!

I did the photography tour with Martin when the tennis was on in January it was great Martin teaches you how to take a great photo (I have some fantastics photos of Melbourne because of his tour) he also tells you about Melbourne as you walk around which is very interesting. I loved his course & I am pleased he has added 2 more walks & will certainly do them when I am in Melbourne next.
For anyone wanting to learn from a professional photographer how to take better photos I would highly recomended doing Martins photo course and you learn alot about Melbourne city at the same time.

This is an amazing workshop and money very well spent! I couldn’t believe what you could learn in the space of a few hours. Since doing the course I have traveled overseas and have come home with great photos to match the great memories. Martin taught me some really simple skills that really do make photography easy. I now have photos that i would be proud to hang on my wall. The course was also a great showcase for Melbourne, allowing me to learn some interesting facts about this beautiful city we live in.

I recently participated in this workshop and can honestly say I had the best morning. Not only did I learn about how to use my new camera but I saw the city of Melbourne in a different light, what an amazing city we live in. Martin spoke about the history and gave us quiet a tour. For the amount of time and energy that Martin puts into this workshop he should charge alot more than the $100+. For residents of Melbourne, Victoria and visitors to this wonderful city they really should spend a couple of hours on the Photorgaphy Made Easy Workshop.
