An absolutely breathtaking experience. The Convent Gallery in Daylesford is a must see. It has eight individual galleries showcasing the finest art as well as some really amazing emerging artists. Parts of the building have been left unrestored, there are amazing views of the township of Daylesford, Hepburn Springs and beyond. It also houses a Museum which was set up by the nuns who previously lived there, a Mediterranean Cafe, a wine bar, restored Chapel and two stunning function rooms, and I can’t forget to mention the beautiful gardens which are sure to impress.

A visit to Daylesford itself is magic but then you can add the Convent Gallery to bring it to another level. I have been lucky enough to attend a wedding in the Chapel as well. It was a truly beautiful place. Great staff, wonderful grounds and a place I have visited on many occasions over the years….and will continue to.

I cant wait to visit and experiece this beautiful place. A gallery and museum combined sounds just a wonderful way to spend time whilst visiting the Daylesford area and surrounds. It is definately on my must do list!

A stunning building & surrounds which houses some amazing artwork & history.
It is a credit to Tina Baninska who had the foresight & driving energy to resurrect this beautiful convent as a “must see & experience”
