As the name suggests Tranquil Hills is a delightful place to visit. The rolling green hills are planted with acres of citrus trees, some over 80 years old. Delicious citrus fruit is for sale as well as home made marmalade and other citrus products which can be found in the little farm shop called The House or Marmalade and Memories. Photos of the history of the farm adorn the walls of the shop as well as a pictorial story of Precious the pig and her love affair with a pig from the city by the name of Arnold. Visitors can feed the pigs as part of a farm tour which includes the exotic citrus garden where Buddha’s Hands and Pomellos nestle side by side with Kaffir Limes and Lemonade Trees.
