Stay at Ambleside on the lake in Daylesford for beautiful lake views, peace and quiet, cosy accommodation and unobtrusive attention to detail by Linda and Frank. Interesting and tasty breakfasts are included. All this at very reasonable rates. There is so much to see and do without having to drive for hours. Daylesford is a foodies paradise and should not be missed.

Simply put – fabulous.
The views are magnificent, the room was perfect, the hosts are very welcoming, the breakfasts are sensational.
Ambleside cares about its customers and it shows in all the little things they do that make you want to stay forever!

Have just returned after three delightfully relaxing nights at Ambleside. Experienced wonderful lake view accommodation and perfect hospitality. Planning to return!

Delightful old world accommodation, beds were extremely comfortable, superb breakfasts overlooking a beautiful lake. Excellent hosts, non obtrusive yet friendly would recommend the accommodation to others and would delight in returning.
