RACV offers its members a range of services including car insurance, home insurance, roadside assistance, information about travel, road safety information and independent car reviews.
We have stayed numerous times including two full weeks twice during Christmas school holidays, we have a 71/2 year old foster boy who ca’nt wait to go back. The holiday activities they run for the kids is great and the kids love the oppurtunity to interact and make new friends. Late evenings the staff ensure noise is reduced to a minimum which makes for a relaxed safe night for all. All park facilities are kept clean and tidy and most visitors respect the effort that the staff take to ensure this upkeep. Staff are extremely cheerfull and friendly and freely offer help and assistance when asked. The pool area is a joy to use and becomes a central meeting fun area for families with or without the children.
We have booked for the 2009/10 school holiday for three weeks, Would be by far the best park we have stayed at in the thirty plus years we have been caravanning..
Fantastic service by the staff,always make you welcome.
Park ammenities are spotless and are kept in good condition.
The overall standard of the park and its staff are second to none.
Been there several times and are look forward to returning there soon.

We’ve stayed here a couple of times of times. Here is where we took our popup caravan for it’s first trip. We somehow managed to snap a cable in the van, but the help we received from the staff was oustanding. Nothing is too hard. They are a great bunch.
The park itself is clean and has tonnes of stuff for the kids. So we can sit back and enjoy the serenity of the park. Absolute bliss!

We continue to come to this park just to get away for a few days in school holidays. My kids love it here lots of things for them to do within the park and the surrounding area. Very friendly and helpful staff who have even helped us put a new bike together to ride around the park. This is a park we will continue to stay and enjoy in the future.
We have stayed in many caravan parks around Australia and the Ballarat Goldfields HP has to be way at the top of our list of favorites. We have stayed twice when we have been traveling in Victoria. The Park is beautifully laid out, everything is so clean, neat and tidy and the staff very friendly indeed and go out of their way to help. We had friends come to stay unexpectedly and a cabin was quickly organized for them. It is also such a great position so close to Sovereign Hill and central to town and surrounds. Well done Goldfields – we will definitely be back – we loved it. Thank you
We have stayed in many c/parks over the years but we find that we always stop at this one when in Ballaret. The staff are always friendly and helpful.
We enjoyed a 3 week stay at the park and just loved it. We really enjoyed our morning walk up to the close-by lake – can’t think of it’s name. We were babysitting our grandson some days and the facilities for little people were wonderful. He loved the little toilet. We have travelled extensively throughout Australia and this park is at the top of our list. Well done to all the friendly people who run this place.
We found this park to be clean tidy with large sites, lovely pool and spa, friendly helpful staff walking distance to Goldfields village. We had a lovely 3 weeks stay at this park

This was a most friendly and helpful park. We enjoyed the warmed facilties, the closeness to Sovereign Hill and the care that the owners took with all facets of the park. It was a bleak and wet time yet we had no problems and much help when needed. The facilities were top class and kept in top condition, We shall stay there again in future travels.
