Wow – how many activities can you fit in one park – the heated pool and spa, jumping pillow, tennis court, playground, regular kids activities, table tennis and special bikes. Then back to a luxurious brand new cabin with two LCDs, and a clock with an ipod dock. So very very special.
Beacon Resort – Heaps of things for the kids to do. Great area for lazy days riding bikes, swimming and relaxing. Highly recommend it.

What a well maintained caravan park, very pretty surrounds and convenient services. We were welcomed by very friendly and accommodating staff and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
We first stayed at Beacon 31 years ago and have wonderful memories of family holidays, now we are back to two and enjoy relaxing in the beautiful setting of the park. Cose to the beach, shopping and great places to eat, it is our favourite place to stay. Facilities are excellent and staff are great, always helpful and friendly.
From the monthly markets to visiting the town for dinner or just an ice-cream or latte, to catching a flick at the movie night or bouncing on the sandy jumping castle not forgeting the Sunday night “POTATO MAN” (Junes birthday weekend).
Thats just some of the reasons why we call Big4 Beacon resort our FAVOURITE holiday home.

beacon resort was a great place to stay. the family had a great time. we enjoyed the jumping pillow, swimming pool, the spa, the games room and watching a movie on the big screen. the whole camping kitchen area is the best i have ever seen. the staff were very friendly and helpful. will definately recommend them to anyone and will definately stay there again.
We have been staying at the Beacon for approx 10 years. The staff are friendly and helpful – nothing is too much trouble. The park and facilities are always spotless and well maintained. There is something for everyone – camping, caravans, cabins, motel rooms and units. The facilities are excellent – BBQ’s, indoor pool, tennis courts, movies, playground, games room, jumping pillow, bike hire etc. Something for everyone regardless of age. Close to Queenscliff and it’s attractions. A lovely walk to Pt Lonsdale via the walking path just across the road. A short drive to any of the other attractions across the Bellarine. This is the best place to stay for an “escape”! Do as much or as little as you want. I thoroughly recommend it.
We have stayed at the Beacon Resort twice this year and were very impressed with the facilities. Our kids loved the jumping pillow, indoor swimming pool and games room. The park is very well managed and the staff make you feel welcome.
After taking a wrong turn on the freeway from Melbourne on our arrival from Queensland, we found ourselves on the Bellarine Peninsula instead of the Mornington Peninsula, so decided to continue exploring. We enjoyed seeing the towns and beaches along the coast, and on arrival in Queenscliff decided we would stay the night there. We were thrilled with our unit at Beacon Resort, which wasmodern, very clean and relaxing, and thoroughly enjoyed a hot shower at the end of a big day. This was our first night in Victoria and we would definitely recommend your accommodation. Seeing the happy children playing on the inflated tubes at the entrance gave me a very positive feeling that this was a good place to be.
Long weekend stay at end of school holidays. Area was clean and well kept. Staff friendly and assisted in placing van on site. Although we are well past travelling with children the place seemed very child friendly with a range of activities and equipment to keep them well occupied. Our children may like to bring their children here. What a well controlled, clean, quite place for a stay.
My kids had such a great time doing the kids club activities, drawing competition, jumping on the pillow, swimming in the heated pool and using the games room, that my six year old cried the night we returned home because he “missed Queencliff”. Thanks to all the staff for their smiles and attention to detail and our children.
Great venue to stay at. Very Family friendly and lots of care and consideration taken to amuse the little ones. Jumping pillow was the best fun and between that and the pool, I hardly saw the “Poppit”.
Close enough to Queenscliff township and lots of other Touristy attractions.

Thing that amazed me was how quite the place was even though there were sooooo many kids!

Great place to relax .
This was the first time we have stayed at Beacon Resort and we thought it was fantastic. The staff are friendly and helpful and the cabins are spotless. The week we stayed the weather was cold and wet however the kids had plenty to do – jumping pillow,watch a movie, swim in the indoor heated pool. It’s a great location too. Just a short drive to explore the various things on offer on the Bellarine Peninsula – the marine discovery centre and the Bellarine railway.
We have just returned from our first stay at Big 4 Beacon Resort. We will return ASAP. The staff are friendly and professional. They were alawayd available to assist.
The amenities are first class, and the cleanliness throughout the resort is a credit to the management.

Stayed for first time at Christmas 09 with family in one of the newer cabins. Thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Lovely surroundings the cabins were very well laid out and had everything you could want. With three teenagers there was plenty to do and they were never bored. Staff were very helpful and always pleasant. Would recommend a stay to anyone and are looking forward to going back soon.
What more can be said about this wonderful family resort , it has all that a family could ever wish for and more , the staff are so friendly and nothing seems to be a problem to them. One ponders what they can improve and it never ceases to amaze the improvements they implement from one visit to the next . They work hard to maintain the reputation they have achieved and they deserve ever ounce of praise so many heap on them . Simply outstanding resort and can,t wait to go back .
my recommendation is for Beacon Resort I was surprised at what the park had to offer for children we took along a 5 and 7 year old and they cant wait to go back the cabin was cleaned to the highest standard the staff are friendly and helpful park is very secure with security entrance every thing is only a 5-10min drive would not hesitate in going back.

We stayed in one of the new cabins for a weekend away and it was fantastic. There is so much for kids to do from the jumping pillow to swimming in the indoor heated pool and spa. (Which gave me time to read a whole novel!!) The staff were brilliant and found it no trouble giving us a late check-out which we needed.
This is the best caravan park that we have stayed at by far. The facilities are great, especially for the kids: jumping pillow, indoor heated pool, playground, games room, tennis court, cinema room. There are morning activities for the kids, which they loved. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities and amenities are very clean.
Made me feel young and like a kid, I loved it, so much to do so little time, clean tidy, quiet and just a great place to visit, so happy I stumbled across it, can wait for my next visit which I hope to be March 2010 and my boy is old enough to understand all the fun we are having as a family.

Excellent facilities at this park for families. The indoor pool is great incase the weather turns bad. The entertainment that they have for the kids is fantastic, as they have movies running, games room, and the holiday activities which involve making things and playing games. The caravan sites are very spacious and your not all squashed together like at some parks. We would recommed anyone staying at this park, as they wont be disappointed.

Cabin was luxurious & a great set up.
The Kids had an excellent time with all the services provided, Jumping pillow , indoor pool, pedal cart, the park is great in wet weather as fully sealed.
The Dock provided hours of entertainment & the activities (Kids Club) was an added bonus & warmly welcomed.

Sometimes finding appropriate accommodation with a young family can be a real mission but we were delighted to find the joy that is big four. We stayed with Big four at queenscliff for the last music festival and the next, theres heaps for the kids to do ,a heated pool ,a huge jumping pillow(for big & little kids) ,activity & games room ,bikes ,games & dvd’s to hire ,a play ground all a stone’s throw from the beach coupled with a yummy cooked breaky , easy acess to the festival ,friendly & helpful staff made it a memorable holiday .
Great family friendly park – Clean, Quiet & Relaxing. Lots of fun things to do including the undercover pool, tennis courts and playground/jumping pillow for the kids. . We would highly recommend Beacon Resort as the place to stay.

It is so clean and tidy and we loved the atmosphere, everyone is relaxed and friendly. B.B.Q. were a nightly get-together with newly acquired friends. The children made friends immediately, whether it be bouncing on the pillow, playing in the pool, or watching a movie. We all had a wonderful time and isnt that what were all looking for when we go on HOLIDAYS.

We have been going back to the Beacon Resort now for 9 years. A fantastic place for children. Our boy’s are now growing up but they still have a wonderful time each year. Last year’s addition of the jumping pillow was a great hit. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The park is always very clean and tidy. With the pool and children activities each day and a short walking distance to the beach and bike track. What else could you ask for. We will keep going back.!!!!!!!
Have stayed here twice in cabins and have really enjoyed our time here. The place is extremely clean and well kept. The staff bend over backwards to help and we have always found them friendly and helpful. the pool area and the playground for the children are again well kept. Love the the location and will keep going back especially for the long weekends throughout the year.
While we only had one night at this lovely park it was one of great comfort and enjoyment. There is a lot for children to do close to the beach and the most friendly staff. The unitsw are beautifully cleaned and quite modern. While the price is in a higher range if you plan for the holiday it is well worth it.

It is a wonderfully conveneint location with access to the Bellarine/Great Ocean Road and if necessary – the Mornington Peninsular. But there is much to be done inside the Park with its wonderful heated pool and barbeques and activities for the famiy. We have used the caravan section and several of the units – they are all extremely well kept. The staff are so very helpful. And when you dont want to use the car – there is a bus right outside the door. We will be staying there many more times.

This was probably the best caravan park I have ever stayed in. The grounds were particularly well maintained. The whole place was really quite immaculate. It was clean, the staff helpful and the cabins really comfortable. We’ll be back!

Big4 Beacon Resort is our favourite holiday destination. You don’t even need to leave the resort, there is so much to do. It is immaculate and very family friendly. The kids love it, holiday after holiday. But shhhh….. we don’t want the word to get out too much.
Over the last 10 years, Beacon Resort is our trusted and valued accomodation venue for our annual friends get together. The team at Beacon Resort never lets us down as they are always friendly and continue to maintain an excellent level of cleanliness in all the resorts facilities. We love the location, within walking distance to both Pt. Lonsdale and Queenscliff. We love the dining opportunities, the shops, the natural beauty and the history of this area and of course, we love staying at Beacon Resort.
We ahve been coming to Beacon for 3 years every Queens Birthday Weekend. We find it appropriate to go to Queenscliff for that particular holiday. good sites and clean amenities and friendly staff. What more could you ask for?
Great holiday! Staff were very accommodating, ensuring our friends bungalows were next to ours. Kids had a ball on the jump[ing pillow and in the activities centre. Lots of fun!
We havw been going to the Big 4 in Point Lonsdale for 5 years now and it is a great park for our kids. They have made some good friendships over the years and look forward to comming every year. It is the one time in the year that I can sit and do nothing but relax because the kids are so busy I dont see them ,its great.
We really enjoyed the location and friendly staff of the Big 4 Beacon Resort when we visited Victoria in 2008. We made an easy ferry crossing from Sorrento and were able to visit Barwon Heads and towns of Bellarine returning to a well run, safe park every evening. We drove easily to Melbourne and onto the ferry for Tasmania with little hassle. We would do it all again and certainly return to Big 4 Beacon for a longer stay next time.

Our first visit to the peninsula..and not our last, very special self contained unit and without doubt the jumping castle is a sensation it kept our daughter entertained; and if you can keep a secret me too…got the courage to get the midair somersaults happening again
I have been taking my kids to beacon resort every september holidays for the last 5 years. It is something we all look forward to as the park provides lots of options to keep the kids entertained all day so the adults can take some much needed ‘time out’ knowing that the kids are safe and happy. The first year we came there my kids met other kids that go up the same time every year and developed a great friendship, although they stay in touch via msn throughout the year they really look forward to seeing them again each september.
We often go camping at Beacon Resort -Queenscliff. We have been going for a number of years. Good to Catch up with friends and making new friends. It has very nice place to visit with plenty to do. Surfing at nearby beaches. Good bike tracks for family to use. Great for fishing. Beacon Resort has great facilities for the whole family. The indoor pool is great for any time of the year. I would recomment this park for the whole family.
It is fantastic park for Kids. They are made to feel very welcome and the jumping pillow is a fantastic thing for kids of all ages. The park was very clean and the staff were wonderful.
Beacon Resort Queenscliff is everything you could want out of a holiday. We are regular visitors to the resort and have stayed in various standard of cabins aswell as camping and would highly recommend the resort to anyone. The recreation facilities are fantastic and cater for all weather conditions and the Kids Club activities are always a highlight for my kids. I look forward to getting down there again soon

helpfull.. Having stayed in many parks Australia wide this is the first park I have ever stayed where the staff have gone to the trouble of finding an available fishing trip for me. would have no hesitation in recommending the park.
we stayed @beacon resort earlier ,this year in one of their motel rooms and were very pleased with our stay there. The room was modern and very clean the park itself is extremly well maintained and their hospitality is great.
Great Caravan Park offering facilities to suit all ages. The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. The cabins very nicely appointed and they have thought of all the little extras for a very comfortable stay. Located a short drive from Queenscliffe and Point Lonsdale shopping areas, where you can watch the ships and Pilot boats pass through the heads into Bass Straight.
Excellent facilities in the motel section, very comfortable for my disabled husband.

So close to the beach, great place to take the bikes, a great pool for when its too hot or cold at the beach. My Son is already asking when are we going back?

We stay once or twice a year, my mum, my four children and myself. We all love it. We haven’t even parked the car yet and the kids are ready to go swimming. They have plenty of activities for the kids art and craft, movies, games room and much more. Your close to so many touristy things to do in Queenscliff too! The facilities, cabins and staff are fantastic and if you haven’t been here, just try it, you won’t be disappointed.
We stay at Beacon Resort every year in January school holidays for 3 weeks and also sometimes through out the year . Everything is so fantastic that’s why we keep going back. My kids just love it ,and we do to.
Fantastic place to stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. Visited 3 times in the last 18 months with two children under 4 years. Cabins are clean and have all the necessary items. The resort grounds are well maintained. The girls and I loved the indoor swimming pool, the jumping pillow, the playground and the ‘couta kids’ club. We’ll be planning another holiday there soon.

I have visited Beacon Resort twice. Recently it was for a much needed break. This resort has it all covered starting with the friendly service and all the amenities you could wish for. You can start your day by walking along the beach or many walk and bike paths, having a hit of tennis then a swim in the heated pool or spa. Its rejuvinating and just what I needed to recharge the batteries. A gem by the sea !
Together with my wife and ten year old son (Junior) we spent a few wonderful days recently at Big 4 Beacon Resort at Queenscliffe.
We found the location easy to find, friendly and welcoming.
The facilities were even better than we had expected. Junior soon after arrival had made friends with a few other kids who were also staying at the resort and they all were jumping on the “jumping bag”, riding their bikes about the centre and having a great time.
This meant that my wife and I could have some quality time together and in thge full knowledge that junior was both safe and happy within the facility.
The staff were also simply great during the stay and every care was taken by them to meet our wishes.You couldnt have asked for a more caring and attentive service.
We have every intension of staying at Beacon on the next available opportunity.

We are long time campers. A great atmosphere for family and friends created by the staff and facilities, as well as the company of many other long term neighbours and friends. Always a relaxed and friendly environment and a great place to wind down and recharge the batteries.

I have visited BIG4 Beacon Resort every year since my 12th birthday, I am now 31, so that gives you a fair idea. Beacon is a great place for families, friends & to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Everything is located close by, including wonderful beaches, shopping & whatever you need to wind down away from the busy city. I would highly recommend Beacon to anyone that just needed time out to take it easy & spend time with loved ones with minimal hassle, everything is on site waiting for you to arrive!

I just thought caravan parks were for older people like mum and dad, but my boyfriend and I stayed at BeaconResort at Queenscliff in an appartment type van that had the best facilities I’ve ever seen.
We just loved the 4 days we spent it was so comfortable with two wide screen TVs a dining table and a kitchen so we could cook when we wanted.
Everything was very clean and the customer service people we so nice.
I have stayed in hotels before and this was soooooo much better in every way. Looking forward to going back or trying another Big 4 somewhere else now I know I can have luxury without the huge costs. Oh and loved the heated pool.

Beacon resort has to be the best resort we have ever stayed in, it is fantastic, both my husband and I and our two girls have so much fun and at the same time we relax and enjoy our time away. The kids get entertained all day long, they love the pool, they can swim anytime all day long, if not that its a movie, or ride a bike or play a bit of tennis, and of course we cant forget the pillow they just think that is fantastic and the best part of it all is they meet other boys and girs and have lots and lots of fun, we always stay in a 2 bedroom luxury cabin, which is great, clean , tidy, comfortable and refreshing and most of all it is a safe place for the kids. The staff are always friendly and the art and craft my girls never ever miss a day of that. location is fantastic close to everything you couldn’t want anything else. I think it is great, I always look forward to staying a big4 beacon resort. Its the best.
Great Caravan Park . Well positioned with Twin towns of Queenscliff and Pt Lonsdale nearby . You get great pubs, restaurants ,shops, a beautiful bay with calm waters and an ocean beach with great surf. Plenty of recreatonal Activities in and around the Caravan Park. Fantastic Facilities,- Pool, BBQs, Tennis Courts, Movies , Organised activities, childrens playground and above all well appointed and beatifully maintained cabins . What more can one ask for . We go every year and love it

We’ve had our Big 4 membership for 6 yrs and usually make our family holiday up North always at a Big 4 destination. This year we took our four children ranging from 15 yrs down to 1yr to stay at Beacon Resort. Hands down this is the most well thought out, attentive and family friendly resort we have been fortunate to stay in. It felt like home. Welcoming, relaxing, fun and the facilities are great. The kids Loved every moment and there was so much choice, opportunity to experience and the staff were fantastic. I was so impressed by the standards and the cleanliness. We will definately make Beacon Resort our new destination, for a Parents retreat or our Families bonding time. Thank you Beacon for a contributing so positively to our family memories.
We stayed at Beacon Resort in our caravan and had an absolute ball. The kids swam all day and when they were not swimming they were on the jumping pillow! Great to have the movies for the kids too. When we wanted to stay a bit longer before checking out, the staff were happy to assist us. We all look forward to staying there again soon.

The first time our family camped at Beacon Resort Queenscliffe was back in 2002/03 – since then we have continually returned there, and why wouldn’t we. The staff have always but always been pleasant and courteous. You are always met with smiles and nothing is too much trouble. It is a great place for ALL, be it on your own, couples or familes. I have always recommended friends go there. As we live in Sunbury it is not too far away for just a weekend. The Camp kitchen, when we need to use it is very clean and functions well. The Amenities blocks are possibly one of the cleanest I have come across. Also facilities for the kids are fantastic. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND BEACON RESORT TO ANY OVERSEAS VISITOR..

We always return to Beacon Resort.
We have stayed at Big 4 Beacon Cove for Mother’s Day weekend for the past few years. The staff are very friendly and the park is always clean. The kids love the jumping pillow, pool gamesroom and playground. We love the large camp kitchen and eating area. We all love the tennis court. The cabins are large and bright with good facilities.

we stayed at the beacan in the bellaraine unit last year we took my mum and dad last xmas and guess what where all going again this xmas we loved it the people are lovely the place is always clean there is lots to do and its also a nice rest close to the beach ship trips lovely shops.
we have bbqs all the time and they have a great kitchen for all to use my mum and dad love the walks around and the games room (big kids)
its great for kids also riding bikes pool, jumping mat.
we leave our kids at home so we have a holiday but we might take them next year we all love it there
We went for a long weekend, never been in that area before. The staff were very helpful, sharing all the local knowledge. My boys loved the indoor pool in winter as well as the games area. Fantastic Park, couldn’t recommend highly enough.
A great place to stay with easy acess to the Great Ocean Road. Closeto beaches and lots of options for meals. the units are well set up with adequate equipment for tea making and heating food.
with the amount of kids activities available you dont even have to leave the resort to be entertained. The whole family loved the place, retrun trips are a must !!

Myself, two workers and seven teenagers with autism loved staying at Beacon Resort. Being quiet and having many activities to do on site made Beacon Resort perfect. The quietness suited the needs of many of the children with autism very well. The swimming, jumping pillow and movies were also a huge hit. The two other workers who had been on many similar camps before commented on how Beacon Resort was the best by far for our needs!!!
Have stayed at Beacon Resort on two occasions, 2007 and this year in the same cabin on both occasions. We have thoroughly enjoyed the well equipped cabin, its location and its surroundings. Particularly liked the comfortable furniture, excellent bathroom – the plunger coffee is a nice touch! The staff have been helpful and supportive. The location is convenient, providing central access to many tourist attractions – love the walks across the sandhills to the coastal walkway.
Over the past 6 years we, along with other friends have and continue to stay at this 5 ***** park with its B-eautiful beaches – E xellent amenities for all ages to enjoy – A llways eficient & plesent staff when booking in – C lean and always tidy surrounds – O yes, N othing is ever a problem to the ground and office staff .
For mine it’s getting up there towards the 6 ****** rating, that dosn’t mean you can increase the rates.We will continue to recieve our Easter Eggs at Beacon along with our slowl increase in numbers of friends joining us.

We usually travel up north for our holidays, but decided to give the south a go.
We stayed at many van parks and travelled a lot of kilometers. Staying at Beacon was the highlight of the kids holiday even though we had a day or two of rain there was plenty to do, the park and amenities were 100% clean neat and tidy.
We loved it there and the kids can’t wait to holiday there again. The staff were awesome too, nothing was to much trouble. A1 ++++++
We stay at Queenscliff Beacon Resort when down in the Geelong area. It is a friendly, clean, and enjoyable place to stay. The kids love the jumping pillow, its hard to keep them off it. The pool is fantastic and we all enjoy going for a swim all year round.
We have been staying at the BERacon for several years – our Number 1 holiday spot – Fantastic location in Queenscliff near point Lonsdale. Jane organizes great childrens activities daily. Movies for children at 4pm. A fantastic camp kitchen where we meet other campers. Have stayed in the cabins and camping – excellent, clean facitities, friendly staff, lots to do – winter and summer. Indoor pool and spa – all anly an hour ans a half from melbourne! Number one for the kids and the aprents. Can’t wait for summer – see you then.
Lovely quiet clean place to stay for a couple of “oldies”. We have stayed at a number of Big4 Holiday Parks and this is one of the best. Have recommended it to our family and friends. Will definitely be back!

We stayed at Big 4 Beacon Cove Queenscliff last September for a long weekend with friends and kids. It would have to be the cleanest placed we’ve ever stayed in and the staff could’nt have been more friendly and helpful. The fantastic heated indoor pool/spa, jumping pillow and games room kept the kids happy. Overall a beautifully kept holiday park. Would definately visit again in the future.
My friend and I travelled around Australia August 08 we stayed at primarily Big 4 caravan Parks whenever we could and have fabulous memories some in particular stand out beacon resort was one of these. We stayed in A cabin first class all the way the facilities were fantastic although we had no children with us I have highly recommended your park to the rest of our family.We then travelled on the car ferry and off onto the Great Ocean Road…..fabulous….
Great place for family with kids. Includes large jumping balloon and large games room for kids. Great indoor pool, excellent barbecue area and plenty of helpful staff.
We had a wonderful time together as a family and enjoyed the activities around the park. We will certinatly be returning with friends.
We stayed here first in the quiet time before the Christmas holidays when I was three months pregnant. We had a lovely time camping in our big tent and yet had all the amenities, like a nice hot shower and the great camp kitchen, close at hand. Coming from Western Victoria to participate in the ‘Around the Bay’ cycling event, my husband stayed here in his swag tent on an ensuite site and took the ferry across to Sorento. It was the perfect combination of low cost and high convenience. This year all three of us are coming for a holiday abd we are booking a cabin, so soon we will have tried everything! Queenscliff is such a beautiful and historic place to visit with something for every age and taste.
This was our first time at a ‘caravan park’, so we were a bit nervous about what to expect. We ended up having a fantastic time as the facilities were clean and very comfortable, the staff were very attentive and helpful, the kids were amuzed with the activities on site and the location was beautiful. We are looking forward to coming back very soon and the kids haven’t stopped raving about their holiday. We would highly recommend Beacon Point as a great place for a holiday and get away.
Have had many wonderful and happy holidays at the Beacon over a number of years. In particular, the memorable times when our children were young. It is a great place to stay with many facilities. Very well managed , clean and the accomodation is of a high standard.

My favourite place to stay for a getaway. Love the fact that my young daughter just makes herself at home and talks to all the staff as if she knows them. That is our friendly and welcoming the staff at this fantastic park.
Our entire family loves coming to the beacon resort , We are from Lara Vic and choose to stay at the Beacon Big 4 whenever we dont have time to travel too far and want a relaxing time. Although it is only 35 minutes from home it is like a world away for us and our kids.(And a short trip towing the van is always a good trip). The facilities are absolutely fantastic we have been in summer and winter and our kids love it ! They can swim all year round at your resort fantastic, and it tires them out, so early nights =realax time for mum and dad everyone is a winner at Beacon Resort .And for us because we are not far from home our friends and family can come to visit us and there are so many things to see and do in the area.It is also great that when only one of us can get holidays it is still close enough for the other to still travel to work and not miss out on quality time at night with the family.When we ask our kids what they want to do on the holidays the first answer is always can we go to queenscliff, we all love Beacon Resort and always recommend it to everyone ,cant wait to return soon really do need a break, school holidays in 1 week I wonder what the kids want to do need I ask get the phone make the booking good idea thanks for asking me to comment maybe it was fate telling me I needed some Beacon time see you all soon

Great place to stay and within a short drive to many attractions. Good clean facilities. I have had 3 stays here and will go back again, I have stayed in cabins and motel accommodation and all were to a high standard. Excellent facilities for children to stay occupied all day and for parents to relax and enjoy the holiday. I would highly recommend this as a top spot to stay. Thanks guys for making it a great place!!

We booked my birthday weekend at Queenscliff to include the Jazz train – it was fabulous and BIG4 included a shuttle service to the station with advice on how to get another shuttle bus home at the end of the night. Our cabin was great and we also enjoyed a swim in the heated pool as the weather outside was frightful!
Great location, great facilities and friendly service. We’ve been visiting the Beacon for over 20 years and it gets better every time. The recently refurbished units are excellent.
The friendly staff welcomed us like we were one of the family. Our kids had great fun in the pool and the bike hire. Everything that we needed was there for us. Only shame was the weather in June. Will definately be returning. Thanks to all.
STAYED AT BEACON RESORT FOR SCHOOL HOLIDAYS. IT WAS OUR FIRST VISIT WITH A NEW CARAVAN. ON ARRIVAL THE STAFF WERE MORE THAN HELPFUL AND ASSISTED US IN REVERSING AND SETTING UP OF OUR VAN.
THE FACILITIES WERE GREAT AND KEPT THE KIDS ENTERTAINED (POOL, PLAYGROUND, JUMPING PILLOW, TENNIS, BASKETBALL, BMX, GAMES ROOM AND MOVIES NIGHTLY). THE PARK ITSELF IS WELL KEPT AND IS A CREDIT TO THE GROUND STAFF THAT KEEP IT SO NEAT AND TIDY. SURROUNDING FACILITIES ARE ALSO GREAT, BE IT BOATING, FISHING, CYCLING, WALKING, WINERIES, DAY TRIPS AND ALL YOU NEED TO SHOP FOR IS IN GEELONG.
DEFINATELY STAYING AGAIN.

Our family stayed at BIG4 Beacon, Our 3 children had the best time ever.The Giant jumping pillow kept them entertained for hour(they still talk about it),the pool was great fun, the activities for the children were fantastic and the accommodation was perfect. The staff were very helpful and park was extremely clean.

We, along with friends have been staying @ Beacon @ Easter break now for 5 to 6 years. This park has all the trappings of what a 5***** rating is all about.

We had a fantastic time , very frendly staff that could not do anough for you and great facilities, lots to do the kids had a fantastic time being entertained from tennis, movies, playgrounds, jumping pillow and swimming there was bike hire if u wanted to ride into town or down to the beach, we meet other familys and relaxed the whole time we were there. we will be going again.
Our family booked 4 cabins and had the most wonderful time. The children loved the pool. It has a lovley friendly village atmosphere and the staff were very helpful
Highly reccommend this Park – we had a lovely time – so clean and a joy to stay at. The Staff were very nice and helpful. We will certainly come back early next year, and really looking forward to staying there again on the beautiful Peninsula.

The kids were in paradise- a jumping pillow to release that extra energy, games room and movies, and top it off with an indoor swimming pool!!! And the mum”s got in plenty of beautiful walks. What more can you ask for?
We have been to Beacon resort now 2 times and just love it. The Cabins are lovely and clean and have everything you need. Upon arrival the staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The camp ground was a delight especially to our very active 7 yr old son. He especially loved the jumping pillow, pool and movies.
We brought the bikes and boat and explored the area.

I took my 21 y.o. daughter, who has a intellectual disability and my 2 year old grand daughter to the resort for the weekend. I cannot speak my highly of the staff, facilities and accomodation. The grounds of the park, play areas, pool and kids club were just fantastic. Everything was very clean and tidy, well organised and the staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. We had a wonderful time, there was no need to leave the resort to make sure the family had a great weekend. We will definitely return and recommend resort to our family and friends.

Whilst our group was at this resort – we found all staff very friendly, helpful at all times, our youth members had a great time, and they are wanting to return soon for another fun loving holiday. The units where extreemly clean, grounds , pool, other areas always need and tidy. Very clean and well organized park, with great staff and facilities !! They also arranged a bus to take us to and from the Blues Train, which was also a great night !!
My family has stayed at many parks over the years but our recent stay at Beacon Resort showed the staff to be particularly freindly and helpful with the park providing all the facilities needed for a great and relaxing holiday.
By far the neatest, cleanest resort with great facilities and located close to many great surrounding places.
In the 38 years that we have stayed at the Beacon Resort Big 4 we have experienced the best holidays that one can imagine. It is one of the safest,children friendly parks that we could have ever wished for. Our children grew up at this park on holidays,and have developed lasting friendships,as have we through this experience. New Year’s Eve celebrations are great and the welcome banner for our row keeps getting a new year added. Sorry we won’t be there this year as caravan is being used by fire victim friends.
We think Beacon resort is a great place to stay, there is heaps for the kids to do, and that means we have time to relax. We have stayed there many times and are going back again in January.

We stayed in the July school holidays, it was very cold, but very enjoyable, the resort was quiet, the accommodation was very warm and cosy, and the kids had a wonderful time. We would defeinately go back in July !
We stayed at Big4 Beacon Resort Queenscliff in July09. We found the staff to be extremely polite and they went out of thir way to help with info on the surrounding area & places to dine. We took a full walk aroung the park to check it out and you could not fault the cleanliness of the place. We also tried out the pool & spa, which was a fantastic addition to the place. Highly recommend and yes we will go back.
Our family has enjoyed the wonderful hospitality of the Golighty family and staff for over 30 years and during this time we have seen the park grow and develop into an outstanding family holiday park. We have many fond memories of shared Christmas, New Year’s and birthday parties with the many friends we have made. An added bonus has been the parks proximity to wonderful beaches and the townships of Queenscliff and Point Lonsdale.
We first stayed at the Beacon Resort 12 months ago. The whole family loved it. We have since been back at Easter with the grandparents, who have also recently returned by themselves. We now look forward to returning again in the January school holidays together with other family members from Qld.
We stayed for a night so that we could attend the Blues Train event. Big4 arranged transport to send us to the train station even though we didnt buy the tics as a package with their accomocation. Very clean environment and ample facilities. Great for families. Good value for money.
Had a brilliant long weekend break. We stayed with another family aswell and the children all had so much fun running around the park, safely riding their bikes everywhere, swimming in the fabulous pool and endless jumping on the pillow. The cabins were lovely and clean, well laid out and incredibly quiet. Lots of lovely walking to be done in the surrounding area aswell. Will be back for another break soon.
I really believe in fait. I have recently put in for annual leave for xmas and was considering Beacon Big 4 park knowing how much I enjoyed my stay last time. It has been an extremely busy time both at work and family, and thought I needed a relaxing few days away. I know I would have that at Beacon. Every facility I need , great place for families, terrific location to Queenscliff township and beach. Look forward to seeing you soon.

We stayed at Beacon Resort in Feb. 09 and will staying in October. Everone was friendly and helpfulas we come from Tas. and got lost and they were able to steer us in the right direction.
We have stayed at this park twice and are organising to come back again. The staff are friendly & professional. The park and facilities are tidy and clean. There is so much to explore within the region that it makes a great relaxing holiday for both parents and kids.
We have stayed at beacon big 4 at least 4 times now. We love the place and we don’t usually leave the park as there is so much for kids to do no matter what the weather.
The kids love the Couta kids club and we love the fact that it is all year round.
This is the best big 4 we have stayed in.

Fantastic place for a family holiday,our extended family have been holidaying at the Beacon for over 25 years,we are now taking the grandchildren we love the place so much. The facilities are excellent for all aged children. The staff are just wonderful, make us all feel so welcome each year.

Fantastic park with all facitlities required to have an enjoyable weekend camping – we didn’t need to load the car up with kitchen things as everything is there (BBQ’s, oven, microwave, toaster etc). The park is always clean and tidy and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful – they can’t do enough for you. Great place to enjoy the Bellarine!
As a couple, we found that the park provided a comfortable and clean place for us to stay for our weekend away. Next time we hope to stay a little longer to expore the area better.

We came on a roadtrip in our mobile home from South Aussie to stay “somewhere” random near Melbourne but not too close – and chose Beacon. We loved it – even though it was in the middle of winter, the kids lived in the pool and as a family we watched the movies at the inhouse cinema every night. The kids have already asked to come back!!! We thoroughly recommend Beacon as a great family destination.

Being a coordinator of tours for groups of people with disabilities I found the Beacon Resort environment, facilities and staff to be so good that I had three groups holiday at the Beacon. The staff service was/is outstanding and catered to our every need (and there were many) and not once did we feel akward or that we weren’t the most important holiday makers. I did not hesitate to recommended the Beacon to other disability agencies that I deal with.
Some of my clients made friends with the staff and have exchanged photos of their fun holiday.

What a great experience my two little boys and I had! It was our first time on the other side of the bay but it definitely won’t be the last! The facilities are great and the staff who are happy and enthusiastic will make me go back. We went bike riding into Queenscliff and Point Lonsdale, a ride on the train, swimming in the pool, makeing kites at the kids club, played billiards in the games room and the Marine Discovery Centre kept my boys enthralled!
A very comfortable place to stay. Cabins are well equipt, clean and modern. Staff are friendly and helpful. The park is in a great location for exploring the Bellarine.

What an amazing place……….. something for everyone!!! Being a family with 3 kids between the ages of 8 and 18, it is rare to find accomdation that caters for everyone………… Even the parents!!!! Everything is clean and tidy and the staff amazingly friendly and obliging………… What can I say, double thumbs up for them!!!
We have stayed at Big 4 Beacon Point Resort Queenscliff on many occasions. We have camped and also stayed in their cabins, both have been met with the highest standards. We have had both extremes of weather whilst camping but we know the holiday will still be fun with their excellent facilities, the indoor pool, jumping pillow playground, Kids Club, BBQ facilities, just to name a few. The staff are always on hand to answer any enquiries in a most professional and happy manner. Highly recommend for anyone to stay, we will definitely be back on many more occasions.

What a great place!!!! We stayed at Beacon when the weather was freezing and raining…and we had the best time!!! A 70th Birthday celebration at Queenscliff Big 4 Beacon Resort was a family weekend to remember. From the first phonecall and then the subsequent e-mails to plan the weekend the staff were outstanding. No request was denied and the cabins were so clean and comfortable. As there were 19 of us we were able to have the use of the Function room for our main dinner on the Saturday evening and the catering was taken care of without any fuss. The meal was excellent, the venue set up beautifully and we had a wonderful celebration.
The pool, tennis courts and jumping pillow were marvellous for the children and adults and one grandchild declared it was the best place she had ever stayed at,
and so say all of us !
What a great place to stay espically for the kids. They had heaps to do and could safely go a play within the park. Graet facilities and thye staff were great. Lookinf forward to going back.

I have not being camping in Victoria in the 3 years I have lived here. After booking a site online which was an easy process, we choose to stay at the Big4 Beacon Resort. Upon arrival, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful with a tour of the park. The facilities on offer were clean and well maintained. We left after our stay with that warm cosy feeling like you were staying with family. We’ll be booking our next camping trip there again as it was close to the beach, main roads and offered everything you want in a break from reality.

Our family of four with two young boys stayed over Easter this year in a Lonsdale cabin and was thrilled with the accomodation, park facilities and the staff. My elderly parents joined us on this family holiday and were equally impressed with their accomodation in a studio room and all the park had to offer. We dont holiday alot and do expect value for money with great service , and we were not disappointed! I have been on some great holidays interstate and even on cruise ships but my stay at Queenscliff Beacon Resort was superior to that.
We will definantly be back and in fact my sister has been back recently and loved it also. Congratulations Beacon you have made your park my favourite new holiday spot!
Great resort, with all amentities that you would ever need. The cabins are very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed a short stay there in April.
The park and pool were well cared for and is an ideal family spot.

We stayed at Beacon in the middle of Winter and there was still lots to keep the kids amused. Indoor heated pool and spa, pedal cars, kids club, giant jumping pillow, movie nights, etc. Very friendly staff, lovely cabins, excellent facilities and great location. Look forward to staying there during Summer.
Our family had a wonderful stay at Beacon Resort. We stayed in the middle of winter in our campertrailer and loved it. The weather was miserable but the resort was fantastic. We live on the surfcoast so it proves you don’t have to travel far to have a great holiday. What attracted us to Beacon was the indoor pool and the kids activities. We weren’t disappointed. We swam in the beautiful pool twice a day (in July!!) and joined in the craft session’s and movie screenings. The amenities were outstanding, high standard and meticuously clean. All the staff were warm and welcoming. We couldn’t have had a better time and will definately be back soon. We have recommended Beacon Resort to all our caravaning friends.
A spur of the moment stay with girlfriend and our young children, in the cold of winter, turned out to be the most pleasant time I have had in a caravan park on the coast! The most comfy bed and warm cabin, I hardly missed my partner, don’t tell him that! The kids enjoyed the large screen movie room, clean indoor pool and jumping pillow, go kart around the park and the cool games room so much they were disappointed we were not staying longer.

What a fabulous place to holiday with three kids under three! The indoor heated pool was spectacularly clean, the morning children’s activities were appropriate and fun and best of all the blow up jumping pillow (surrounded by a gigantic sandpit) was a total hit. The staff were polite and obliging and we will definitely make this an annual destination.
We have been coming to Beacon for six years now which shows in itself how much we love it!!! The kids love it and are entertained with the help of all the activities and ammenities provided. Each year we look forward to catching up with friends we’ve made in previous years. The Park is really well maintained and clean. The Staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome every visit. We are looking forward to our next stay in January!!
Having stayed in the cabins and more recently in our own van we found the staff friendly and the park an example for others. It is very clean with all of the ammenities we could expect. We will be staying again next year as it is the best in the area.
FANTASTIC RESORT!!! Our family of 6 stayed in a self contained cabin, it was absolutely perfect. The cabins are immaculate, the staff were friendly, and the facilities were magnificent. The kids had a ball using the pool, play ground, jumping pillow & the 3 wheeler bike. So much to do within the complex, we didn’t want to leave!! But only a short drive and we were able to catch the ferry to Sorrento, check out the surf factory outlets in Torquay, or enjoy the beautiful sights at Port Arlington. Definitely recommend any one to go here!!!
We stayed at Big 4 Queenscliff the first weekend in June this year as it was our 12 month anniversary. It was one of the best holidays we have had in victoria. We stayed 3 nights, and the room was better then a few of the high class hotel we have stayed at. The place was easy to find, and the facilities were magic. The games room was fun and the pool was lovely and quite big too. Most of all the staff were absolutely wonderful. Always smiling and very polite. Cant wait to come back again in the summer!
The staff were friendly and helpful, the cabins were well equipped, airy and very comfortable and immaculate and the Resort is very well positioned.
We have visited the park on a number of occasions and the kids keep wanting to go back. The park grounds are always in immaculately clean condition. Staff help is always friendly and close to all attractions. There is heaps for the kids to do and that probably explains why they want to keep going back. Daily kids club with fun activities, movies day and night, bike riding, games room and an indoor swimming pool and spa. So all you have to do is sit back and watch them enjoy themselves. Now that’s a holiday! We will be back again and again….
Beacon Big4 Resort is in a perfect location and has fantastic facilities, friendly staff and overall has a very comfortable feel. Having stayed there several times it is a great place for a getaway.

Where to go in the winter school holidays with 2 grand-daughters – Beacon Cove Queenscliff a brilliant decision. Weather wet and cold, indoor heated pool a huge success with the girls. Kids Club offered a variety of activities, the grounds flat, ideal for bike riding. Cabins clean and well appointed as are all facilities in the park. Queenscliff is of course a great destination.

My children (7, 5 and 2) have been asking when we can return to Beacon Resort. The jumping pillow, indoor pool and games room where a hit. The cabins were clean and homely. 2 nights wasn’t long enough. We will be returning soon.

Queenscliffe Big 4 is absolutely the best holiday destination for the family. I’m a queenslander and love queensland but have never experienced the beautiful family atmosphere that we have in Vic. Was there over easter and even when the winds picked up and the storms kicked in, our family had the best night cuddling up together knowing that in the next morning we would wake to a gorgeous surrounding, go to the pool and have the time of our lives. The staff are sweethearts who seem to really enjoy their job and we are excited about continuing this new tradition.
We were so impressed with the great facilities of the park and the safe family atmosphere. It is by far the best place we have ever stayed. We have highly reccomended it to all and will be returning on a regular basis.

This was our first family holiday since having twins and we were so pleased with every aspect of our stay. The indoor pool was great and close to our cabin. The staff were all friendly and helpful. It was an ideal location situated between Pt Lonsdale and Queenscliff, we were able to cycle or walk to either town. The cabin had facility for our trailer to be parked securely. Fantastic week and the children loved being in a nice comfortable new environment.

I bravely took my four children by myself to the Beacon Big 4 whilst my husband was at work. We had the most fantastic weekend and the staff were only too willing to assist with extra bedding and baby cot. It is personal touches such as these that will make us return time and again.
Such a great place to stay with the kids, even though the weekend we stayed it was raining & freezing there was so much to do at the park, kids club, heated pool & movie room!
Staff were only too happy to assist to accomodate my young daughter who has severe allergies to chemical smells by altering cleaning times and opening all windows before arrival. This made for a relaxing, stress free, much needed holiday! Thank you!
Indoor heated pool – great entertainment room – tennis court – large sites- where else can you go in the colder months and still be very comfortable? Don’t tell anyone ’cause we want to come back.
We have found on all occasions that we have stayed @ Beacon Resort that the staff have been very profesional in their approach & that the park is always kept in prestine condition , would reccomend it as a great place to stay .
We have been to Queenscliff Big 4 three times in the past 3 years and will continue to return. The cabins are comfortable and clean. The BBQ areas always well maintained. The indoor pool is terrific making it a perfect activiity to wear the kids out in any kind of weather.
We had a lovely holiday at Beacon Resort, the children loved the indoor heated pool and spa and had a fabulous time on the jumping pillow. The park was really well maintained with clean modern facilities. Would recommend it to anyone.

Located convieniently close to beaches Point Lonsdale amenities and only a stroll or bike ride to the Queenscliffe shopping village, car ferry, pubs, parks etc. Big 4 Beacon is tops for all their amenities and services, so many it can be hard to leave ! The pool the indoor outdoor areas, theatre and terrific cabins with balconies and even foxtel. Thats why we keep coming back to Big4 Beacon,
It was a lovely stay. The only concern was that the bed mattress for the double bed were extremely uncomfortable. The service was wonderful.
A wonderful family park with facilaties for all ages. We had my nieces 30th birthday down there and had a fabulous 3 day weekend.The park has a big BBQ area and a great kitchen and even a movie theatre. Fantastic to have all these things in the one place as well as an indoor pool and spa. Everybody in our group of 30 were very impressed and all said we will be going back.Accomadation was also spot on.

The Beacon Resort is absolutely the best place to stay. One of the important things for us as country visitors is that it is so easy to find….You can’t miss it. We always take a self contained unit which is always spotless and what’s more everything is as promised, and all appliances etc work properley. Nothing is too much effort for the people at Reception, and there is never any hiccups

My sisters and I love staying at Beacon during the Queenscliff Music Festival. They supply us with hot cooked breakfast after a long night of dancing, it’s a great location, and it always has a quiet atmosphere which is perfect for down-time. The cabins are cozy and the grounds are safe

Paradise!!! for parents and kids….After staying at Beacon Resort for the last 5 years we are now have a permanent site. It is the best park we have stayed in and the kids love it too. The indoor pool and jumping pillow are a favourite. It is now our home away from home.

The first and only spot we always think of when we can organise holidays and the boys never want to go any where else as they always have plenty to do there and can find lots of friends to hang out with. We are never worried or concerned for their safety and can sit back and relax with out a worry as well. It is central to go fishing, beaches for swimming, head off for a day down the ocean road, and it is the cleanest, happiest most welcome park we have ever been too. Only one request that they need to expand their park so we and our friends can holiday at the best park ever.
Our stay at the Big 4 resort was just what we needed as a family. The facility was amazing – clean, well set out and had everything available that a 5 star hotel could offer, and the staff were extremely welcoming. We love the park so much we bought a permanent van and annex. The facilities are superb, we have made wonderful friends that we see each holidays. Truly a relaxing and family friendly place to stay. Recently my 10 year old son had a school project on “The best place to holiday”. He chose Beacon Resort and created a fabulous brochure about Queenscliff, the skate park, watching the ships come thru the heads, the food, bike rides, the mini golf, twilight bare foot bowls, horse riding, fishing,but most of all the fun, friendships made, the swimming pool, tennis, kids club, jumping castle and the very friendly staff at Beacon resort. We have been coming there for years and have introduced other friends to a totally relaxing, happy place. Beacon Resort and the holidays we have had there have created some wonderful childhood memories for our children which they will carry thru to adulthood.

this caravan park is in between beautiful Queenscliff and Port Arlington. Stayed overnight with a group of friends in a cabin to facilitate a fishing charter trip. Complemented each other well. The staff were very accomodating and facilities were top notch. I would return without hesitation.
My husband and I are retired and are both golfers. We do so enjoy going to Queenscliff as there are many excellent courses in the area. The Queenscliff Caravan Park is ideal for us supplying us with breakfast in the morning and barbecues on our door step for the evening meal. The staff are very friendly and the accommodation first class. In fact we were even upgraded to a larger cabin at no extra expense. I recommend it to all our friends.
We come to the Beacon every year in January. It is a great park, friendly staff, excellent facilities and within walking distance to beach, Point Lonsdale and Queenscliff. We look forward to our beach holiday every year, espeically the kids who love the heated indoor swimming pool and the daily kids club activities.
After such a wonderful ‘bonding’ weekend we girls had in July 2007 at your friendly and welcoming resort , we decided to make it an annual event. And this year we are coming for our Sue’s special event!
Our stay at Big 4 Beacon Resort was during the Black Saturday bush fires,it was a nice change to relax in comfort in a very friendly park.The amenities and the park itsself were first rate.On leaving the staff were very helpful with directions to miss the fires and get to our next destination

Every February for over 10 years now we travel from NSW to the Beacon Resort for our getaway. It is the ideal place to catch up with old friends. As soon as we arrive we feel relaxed and the children head straight for the pool or games room. The facilities are excellently maintained and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The Beacon caters for all our needs and we always look forward to coming back.
Beacon Resort is a gem. The holiday environment is not just beautiful but is extremely relaxing because the retail communities of Queenscliff and Point Lonsdale lack the pace and pressure of those highly promoted, fast and cosmetic holiday destinations. The Beacon Resort is maintained in immaculate condition. However, the key difference with most resorts is that the staff in all areas of operation are simply delightful and caring people.
The staff are so friendly and helpful. The kids love the facilities. It is just a great place to stay!

We love beacon resort because its only a thirty minute drive from our house. A very easy getaway during the fortnight break for me end the children,its a very quiet park and so relaxing, my husband can even drive down after work if he chooses.
Excellent park. Been visiting the park for approximately 20 years. Management always accommodates customers wishes. Park accommodates the interests of all age groups and operates excellent services. A friend stated to me once “The toilet floors are clean enough to eat off”. I will continue to holiday at this park.

After six years we still find lots of new things to see and do, we go down to Queenscliff any chance we get to have a peaceful break. Try it you won’t be sorry.

My family and l love getting away for short break usually at the last minute. The facilities at Beacon Resort were brilliant. The cabins immaculate and comfortable, the entertainment varied and the location supurb. One of the best value for money places to stay.

A caravan owner for 25 Years this is without a doubt the top park in Austalia for amenities, service and facilities provided. The staff are great , they like everything clean and cared for, and are always keen to make our stay enjoyable.
Each year we return and find something new within the park.They never stop trying to improve.
We can be as busy as we like at the heated pool and spa, tennis court, games room or playgrounds. Or relax in front of the big screen or with a book in the quiet enviroment while the kids are entertained at Coutakidz.
AWESOME! The guys at Queenscliffe Beacon Resort ROCK! We enjoyed 10 nights of fun and relaxation at the resort. The kids had a ball in the pool, riding their biked with the other kids, daily movies in the movie room and beautifully-organised kids activities every morning. We relaxed on our balcony, walked to the beach and just had a fabulous break! Thank you, see you again soon!
I stayed at BIG4 in Queenscliff earlier this year. The first great thing was the fact they catered for people with disabilities. The cabin i stayed in was like my little home for a few days. The value was second to none and i’ll definitely be back.

We have stayed at the Big 4s in Queenscliff and Wye River. Each time we were with a whole bunch of kids so plenty of action was required! The Big 4s provide this in bucket loads. Great fun and an easy family holiday.
As a school group we have stayed at Queenscliff over the last 4 years. The staff have been very accommodating to our needs and appreciative of a school group. The school has been able to enjoy the facilities and the area the caravan park provides!!
We have stayed a couple of times in tents and the caravan, we love the park it has a great pool and playground. the kids can play on th jumping pillow whilst you cook the BBQ it is a great family park. We also take along our pushbikes and ride into town for the occasional fish & chips in the park. All great.
It’s a fantastic park – we’ve stayed in both cabins and camp sites and all amenities have been super clean and comfortable. Also the people who work there are extremely friendly and very helpful. We love coming back every year.

Beacon Big 4 is a breath of fresh air. The staff are great and also willing to help. Facilities are A1. Camp Kitchen has everything you need and the pool area is fantastic and inviting. Most important is the activities and entertainment for the kids. As most parents, if the kids are happy everybody is happy.

After many years of camping at Beacon, we came to alter a Christmas booking due to an overseas trip. But instead of changing the dates, we saw a great opportunity of buying our own on site van & annexe. It truly is one of our favorite destinations. Now we can come any time & enjoy the friendly people & great amenities at Beacon. Even a few days leaves you refreshed & you don’t have to mow the lawns or do the garden! Our family & friends love the trip to Beacon too. So much so, we will celebrate a big birthday at the park in September.
We have stayed at Beacon at least eight times sice about 1984 and are always impressed by the cleanliness and tidiness of the park. The pool is another attraction as we can swim all year; it is also kept very clean. Although we stay in our own van we’ve observed how the cleaners work so hard to clean the cabins each time the tennants change. The beach is a walk away and it’s relaxed and there’s shade from the trees. Last time our daughter and family were also there in a cabin and enjoyed the platground, pool and Kuta Kids. Our family spent a weekend at the Queenscliff resort park and found the facilities fantastic. The cabins were modern,and very spacious, the kids loved the heated pool, the proximity to the beach, the jumping cushion and games room. The staff were great, it was handy to roads and buses, and the canteen was well stocked.

My first time at Beacon Resort was the School holidays in June 2007 it appealed to me because their is so much for the kids to do. That year we only stayed two nights but wished we’d stayed an extra night. My mother and I with the Kids enjoyed it so much we went back the next year and stayed three nights and then this year we returned again It’s the best place to Holiday with Kids that I recommend it to everyone who is looking to go on holidays with their kids. The cabins are well equiped and comfortable and clean the staff are freindly and very helpful. I plan on going back again next year even though the kid are getting older they still enjoy it.
We stayed at Beacon and we had the best holiday, the staff were more than helpful, even offering to help us set up our camper trailer cos it was the first time we had done it and we were worried about the initial set up. The facilities were excellent and extremely clean and tidy. They had activities for the kids and we were told about local business discounts if we mentioned where we were staying. We would definately go back again.

The Beacon resort is a wonderful place to take the family, regardless of the ages of the children. Whether your stay is just a base to enjoy all the benefits of the lovely small beach havens just a short drive away such as Torquay, Barwon River etc.. or to enjoy the best icecream shop in Victoria in Queenscliff, it is a wonderful place to return home to. There were so many activities for the children within the resort we need not have gone anywhere at all. The accomodation and park surrounds were immaculate and staff very helpful and friendly. I would thoroughly recommend the resort to any traveller, especially those with young families.

This was our first time at Beacon Resort and we had a fantastic time. The kids were kept busy with swimming, riding bikes, movies and daily fun activities. We hardly needed to go out, which made it a relaxing holiday for the adults too. The cabins was great; comfortable and everything we needed was supplied.
I stayed with a friend at Big 4 Beacon Resort in Queenscliffe last year, and was extremely impressed with the luxury cabin we hired. It was so clean and in such good condition I would have believed it was brand new! The linen was sparkling clean and the beds beautifully made, the kitchen and bathroom were lovely to use, and the decor relaxing and giving an impression of spaciousness. The staff were friendly and helpful. We took part in a seminar at the conference facility. My family have booked to stay again this year.

We have stayed many times at Beacon Resort and keep coming back. It is a great place for families with a safe and friendly environment and located just over the road from the beach and walking / cycling paths to both Point Lonsdale and Queenscliff. When our kids were smaller they enjoyed the childrens activities, movies, and pool. As they grew older and as a family we have enjoyed the relaxed lifestyle, BBQ and easy access to nearby attractions. A highlight has always ben waling to Point Lonsdale beach for a swim and coffee. I even celebrated my 50th birthday at Beacon Resort with lots of family and friends (everyone staying over the weekend). We have many great family memories at Beacon Resort and the surrounding area and will keep going back.

Beacon resort is great place to stay for all the family it caters for the adults as well as young kids and teenages on site and at local attactions including fishing steam train rides wineries and the spectacular ferry ride across the bay.
On site you have a great recation room jumping pillow indoor pool and fully stocked kiosk making it a very relaxing stay.
We have been twice there this year and stayed in the cabins which are very comfortable. I find the staff are very helpful and nothing is too much of a bother for them. On our last visit we were allowed to use the camp kitchen to celebrate my daughter’s 3rd birthday.

Big 4 Queenscliff is a great park, is really clean, family friendly the kids loved the indoor pool and the staff are fantastic. We had a family problem the first time we stayed and had to leave early. We had an absolute blast both times and the facilities were great and there were so many things to do that we wished we had taken a longer holiday. We love going to Queenscliffe Big4 Resort – We have stayed in our van also a cabin. Both really good with great facilites all very clean. We love the heated indoor pool and spa so are happy to holiday anytime of the year swimming in the pool or seaside. Great bbq facilities. They have the lot.’ Lots of good walking and bike tracks. It’s a place we keep returning to. The hospitality of the staff is fantastic and very helpful.

My family have been staying at Beacon Caravan park for a number of years. My children have made great friend with other kids in the park, they have now become adult friends for life.
We have stayed at resorts around Aust.and Beakon is up there with the best. Friendly staff who were always there to assist with directions and queries .The cleanliness of the cabin, and park generally was excellant .What a location, beautiful Queencliff ,a location I first visited as a child many years ago.Keep up the good work Beakon.

Queenscliff is a fantastic location with the beaches and the many local activities and fabulous beach walks to Point Lonsdale and the historic Queenscliff township.

We go to the Beacon Resort every September holidays. We are always impressed with the activities club, the cleanliness of the resort, the friendly staff and the green lawns.
This has to be the most well maintained caravan park we’ve ever stayed at. The on-site facilites are as good as a hotel resort and the local area adds everything else needed to have a holiday with great variety. Situated between two atractive small towns, there is a great coastal walk to Queenscliiff, which adds more cafe & restaurant choice to quaint shops. There is a great surf beach,as well as a safer option for smaller children. Basically, you have everything to holiday within the Park and can add the rest with the sea at the doorstep.

We were new to the carvaning experience last year. Have enjoyed the Big4 Queencliffe as we can turn up ,switch on the gas and power and we are on holidays. No maintenance worries and great facilities. We all like the pool and community kitchen facilities . Also close to the beach and the cafes of Point Lonsdale and Queenscliffe.
Have been going there the last 6 years over the Melbourne Cup weekend. Amenities are excellent , staff are friendly and helpful. We have never had any problems. Every year I ask the kids whether they want to try another place and every year they say no, they want to come back. What better recommendation do you need.
Due to circumstances had to give up our permanent caravan site after 10 wonderful years enjoying friendly, helpful staff, spotless, first class amenities, beautiful Pt Lonsdale, Queenscliff and surrounds and the availability of the camp kitchen and indoor heated pool when conditions not quite so hot and meeting wonderful friends over the years. Couldn’t give it up completely and now enjoy time over Christmas/New Year in a cabin with our family and their friends who call in. Can’t wait to get there again at the end of this year and see my 2 year old granddaughter enjoy all the park has to offer children – we know what it has to offer us oldies – everything!
We go to Beacon resort for our yearly holiday every February, next year will be our 5th year the kids love it and its such a relaxed environment the adults love it to.Also the introduction of the jumping pillow was fantastic!!!!!!!
Mum and I often visit Beacon Resort in Queenscliff. In fact it has become a tradition that every Mothers’ Day weekend we leave the hustle and bustle of every day city life to just enjoy some mother and daughter quality time. We love the facilities at Beacon Resort and spotless accomodation and mum gets a real ‘buzz’ at how special the staff make her feel, especially on Mothers’ Day. The gift vouchers are fantastic as we are never stuck on what to get her for birthdays and other occasions. We just can’t wait for our next visit!
hello, my husband and were very happy we stayed at the big four beacon resort a number of times as the accom is very clean and up to date , we also enjoyed the spa and the pool .the local wines and local beers are a nice touch to the end of your day.the staff are very nice and helpfull as our car had broke down and we had to stay another nite our luggage was delevered to our room by a freindly chap, we also were delevered , haha on his little golf buggie we had a ball and our car was fix and ready to go the next day.we will be back soon for a break.thanks deb denman.

We took our grandsons last year to Beacon for the Queenscliffe music festival and they enjoyed it so much we are going back again this year and looking to have a longer holiday with them in the summer. Great friendly staff and plently for the children to do – they did not want to go the the festival they just wanted to stay at Beacon
WOW – What a park!!! Went for a night, stayed for the weekend. The Indoor pool and spa, the Dock games room, and lots of green grass to occupy the kids.
Very clean and comfortable campers kitchen and amenities.
WOW – What a location!!! So much to do in Queenscliff and surrounding towns. Sorrento is only a boat trip away – fantastic for a day trip. Just over an hour from Melbourne and under 30 minutes from Geelong
We will definitely be returning and bringing family and friends along also.
We have been going Beacon Resort for the last 7 years and love it! There’s plenty activities for the kids and the facilities are fantastic. It’s close the great Ocean Road and also an easy drive to Geelong. We will be coming again next year!
I traveled across Australia for one month on the last January, i only stayed by big4 caravan park! I think the best is Beacon Resort because is very quietly, clean, the staff is great and close to everything like Melbourne, Great Ocean Road, and more.
We have stayed at Queenscliffe many times and it is a great place to stay with kids, its close to the beach, take a walk to Point Lonsdale, ride the bikes along the safe bike road to Queenscliffe and the kids love the jumping pillow and all the activities that are there to enjoy.
After a very tough year i took my girls camping at the BIG FOUR queenscliffe. It was our first time camping and we had a wonderful time. The gounds were beautiful and the staff very friendly. Love the jumping cushion, in door pool and kids club
My family and I have stayed at Big4 Beacon Resort twice now and have enjoyed both visits. The first time we stayed we camped in our tent and our 11 and 8 year old daughters loved it so much that we promised we’d return.
When we did return we stayed in a cabin which was located within view of the jumping pillow which they never wanted to get off.
What my husband and I loved most about our visit was watching our children swimming, riding the go-carts, riding their bikes and basically being active the whole time. Not once did they mention t.v. The only time they sat down to watch something was on the Saturday night in the movie theatre at the resort.
We were also fortunuate to be there on a weekend when the Queenscliff Market was on, which is situated across the road. It was also hot enough to dip our feet in the water at the beach which was also in walking distance.
We hope to come back again really soon.
The best caravan park we have ever stayed in, clean with great activities for the kids. Staff are always ready to help. We recommended this park to plenty of people and try to get to the park three to four times a year.
My parents took me to the park and even though it rained the whole time we still had lots of things to do, such as going to the indoor pool, the jumping pillow, the games room and the street surfers (cool bikes that you can hire from reception). It’s a great park for kids and teenagers and is a short drive to the town centre which has really good ice cream and chocolate shops.
We stayed there recently with 2 children under 6 years old and found it nice and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the cabin was clean and comfortable.
There was activities for the kids and the playgrounds were great. There was a little games room and theatre and a jumping dome that all the kids seem to enjoy. Not bad for what you pay for, had a nice family atmoshere.
We have only stayed at the Big 4 Beacon once, and that was when we had just purchased our pop-top from Prestige. We stayed at the park initially, to transfer our gear from the vehicle into the van.
It was really lousy weather but, because of the nature of the park, we were not put at too much of a discomfort doing the task at hand. The amenties were clean and user friendly as was the position of the park in relation to the surrounding area. We were pleased, indeed, at the manner in which we were treated there.
We are from Ulladulla, on the South Coast of NSW and are looking forward to another stay at Beacon in October. In fact, we want to make it the “jump-off” point for our trip on the Princess to Tassie.

We had a fantastic time there. The kids entertainment was free and well organised and made our holiday even easier. The facilities like the indoor heated pool, jumping pillow, bikes, tennis court and movie theatre were great and the place was extremely well maintained and its location between Point Lonsdale and Queenscliff was perfect. We had such a wonderful time at the resort and will be back…often! We hardly had to leave the grounds…between the pool, jumping pillow, playground, morning craft activities for the kids – we were all in heaven! Cabins are extremely comfortable and clean and staff are fabulously helpful. Oh if only we were there enjoying it now…
I took my family to Beacon and they had a ball. Our stay was marred by constant rain, but the owners of the park made up for it by putting on activites for the kids & cheese & biscuits for the adults. The team at Beacon make you feel like you SHOULD be there, and not just another guest. I would not hesitate in recommending this park to any family or even a couple after a romantic weekend(have alook at their new cabins and you’ll see what I mean). Our experience has certainly changed the way we look at Holiday Parks.

My wife and I stayed in the queenscliffe big 4 last year and we had a wonderful time and the staff members were very helpful in anything we wanted to know and the acommadation was first class and very clean and lots of things to do on the premises and would recommend any friends or family to stay in this place if they have children there was lots of things for children to do. The cabins have everything you want and have a wonderful holiday feel and is in a great location as it is so close to Geelong and the Mornington Penisular and surrounded by coastal towns.
While touring Australia we styayed in many campsites. None was as spacious, convenient and clean as the !eacon @ Queenscliff$. We
Stayed longer than intended and thoroughly enjoyed the area as well as the facilities and the helpful cheerful staff. Thank you for happy memories.

Great park for families. We’ve been going there for many years now with a group of friends – even though the kids are now teenagers, they still want to come! The indoor heated pool is a real winner.

A nice relaxing ferry ride from Sorrento, a great environment for parents to be able to kick back and unwind whilst knowing that the kids are able to roam around & use the facilities in complete safety! The cabins are lovely & clean & the indoor pool is a bonus when the weather’s not brilliant!
This is one of the best holiday spots we have found. It’s great location and excellent facilities mean we come back year after year. Our kids love the activities that are provided each morning, and we love the peace that it gives us while they go off to kids club.

WOW! Fantastic spot – my kids had the best time; great camping facilities. I loved the indoor camp kitchen to get out of the weather and real coffee from the vending machine! though it’s not far to walk from the great coffee shops in Pt Lonsdale either.
When you leave Beacon Resort you know you’ve had a holiday, even if it’s only for the weekend. It’s a place where you can totally unwind, enjoy friendly company with people you’ve only just met and the “regulars”. The staff are very helpful, friendly and very professional. It’s very kid/family orientated, our son has made long lasting friends and new ones each time we are there, we relax knowing that he is safe and in good company. Beacon Resort is our choice of relaxation and we travel from Gippsland to be there. To top it off, we are getting married there in January in the Scuttlebutt garden.
The Park is so clean and totally geared for families, with a very safe environment for children to play in.
Big4 holiday park Queenscliff was fantastic. The cabin was great, affordable and with every you need. It caters really well for the kids, lots of play equipment a games room and swimming pool. It’s also in a great location with plenty to do in surrounding areas. We stayed in september and will be returning in jan 2010.

It is very good for famiies. It is safe for the kids to run around and the program is fantastic. The facilities are very clean. We love going there.
Literally too much to do for the kids which was the intention. From the time we drove in and was greeted by a large jumping pillow, you just knew the kids would have a great time. The park is clean, welcoming, has nice sized rooms, great pool and spa and the free bike hire vouchers were just fantastic. We will definitely go back again.
Great place for families with kids of varying ages. Like the different playgrounds and the pool.Also like the fact that you have a good choice of different levels of accommodation. Close to great beaches and has a real family atmosphere to it.
A great variety of accommodation for all purses. The whole place is pristine clean, friendly and helpful staff, facilities for all age groups and only a short drive from Melbourne. We always visit once a year with my mother and sister staying in the new apartment accommodation and we use our caravan, and are all located close to one another. A great stay away for everyone.
Myself and my two boys stayed at beacon during winter and still found there were many of things to do. Many of those at the resort . These included the indoor swimming pool and spa for a quiet and relaxing time . Bikes for hire when it wasn’t raining . Alot to do in the local area including fishing ,sightseeing , great eaterys within a 5 kilometre radios of the resort . Staff were the friendliest of any resort or accomodation that i’ve stayed in . i really thank them expecially when i was there during a difficult time in my life. A big thank you to all the staff at beacon resort for there top quality customer service . I’ve stayed a number of times there and the staff continue to fantastic . Congratulations to management and staff on running such a great resort .
This is the best Caravan Park I have ever stayed in. My Caravanning days go back 40 years to when I was a Kid.
When we arrived we were greeted by the Office Staff then a delightful chap (possibly an owner) guided us to our site and assisted us with parking the van. His skills & guidance saw us park the van in about 90 seconds, pointed out all the facilities and then left us feeling most welcome and confident of a great stay.
The amenities were superb maintenance was tops and everything was neat & tidy.
Without a doubt I can say confidently that the management and facilities of this park are the best in the country. This is the place where other operators should come for a week and see how to conduct a Caravan Park.
This caravan park is the best by far it has heated swimming pool, spa, jumping pillow,move room thats just for the kids. They never come back saying im bored and two of them are teenagers but also the adult facilites are great and the staff are lovely, always tryng to make your stay enjoyable.
ONE STOP SHOP for the 4 kids and 2 tired parents after our long trip to get there. Just stop, rest , play and enjoy. We love the place so much we do this trip each few months and really look forward to it, the lovely gardens throughout are an added bonus for this gardening family,

Our visit their was fantastic our son loved the heated indoor pool, and huge jumping mat (so did we), the park offers a beautiful range of cabins that we loved to stay in, with all the comforts of home right at your fingers. with the park being so close to the ferry and other local attractions we will be heading on back their for another stay, everything about Queenscliff Big4 caravan park was lovely. A great relaxed caravan park. Facitilies are fabulous, camp kitchen, indoor heated pool and SPA, tennis court and a kids club with activities for the kids (even though we don’t have any – the neices and nephews) It’s an easy stroll into Point Lonsdale along the beach for a fantastic coffee or a bite to eat at Pasquini’s or Kelp. For a longer walk you can do the loop to Queensclif. Walk along the beach then come back via the rail trail. We have been staying at this park for 30 years now. The staff are exceptionally friendly and regularly go out of their way. Local knowledge is fantastic with tips of what to do and what’s on.
This is one of our favourite places to stay as a family. Our three kids (3,7 and 9) all love the facilities (Pool, tennis, movies, kids’ club and jumping pillow) and we find the location great for a beach getaway. The staff are friendly and the beach is a short walk away. There’s a range of cabins and tent sites and even a motel to choose from. Highly recommended!
The resort is as clean as whistle and the facilities are great, I have returned to this resort a least four times over the years,and the park is kept upto A1 condition, and all staff are friendly and oblidging, I have not hesitation in recommending Beacon resort.
This is got to be victorias best place to stay. it’s got a swiming pool, jumping castle and great cabins.

We decided to have a couple of days away to celebrate a birthday, and I had been specific about the dates and mentioned this when booking in. We were pleasantly surprised to find chocolates and a birthday greeting waiting for us in the room. Just a little touch, but it meant so much. The resort had everything we could want, and we enjoyed our early morning swims in the heated pool, and the relaxation in the games room. It was only a short walk into town, or to the beach, ferry, etc. so was ideally situated for a great short break within easy reach of everything.
We love this place (especially my kids!) we’ve been a few times. Last time we went they had installed a great big jumping pillow at the front of the park – it was seriously huge! The cabins are great. The new ones are really nice – they have everything – even a spot to plug in your ipod!! Highly recommended.
Central to magnificent windswept beaches at Point Lonsdale and the remaining old world delights of Queenscliff, Beacon Resort offers most comfortable and friendly accommodation . Splash in the heated pool after a long day spent exploring and listen to the wind pounding surf on the beaches. Fish and chips at either of the lighthouses to watch ships enter and leave the bay is a must. Yes, Beacon Resort has much to offer the discerning traveller!
Great place for family and especially for kids. Plenty of activities, very safe and quiet. Great walks or bike rides to nearby towns (Queenscliff and Point Lonsdale) and for those coming from the east – a comfortable ferry ride from Sorrento. Never enjoyed a “family” break so much as at Beacon.

Great Family Park, fantastic indoor heated pool, great kids club and games room and the Kids loved the Go Kart Bikes and The Jumping Pillow, even the hubby loved that. Accommodation was great and plenty of room room for 2 Adults and 3 Children
Very well situated. Close to Queenscliffe-Sorrento ferry. Beehive of activity – staff continually maintaining the property and keeping up the standard. Laundry facilities were plentiful. Ensuite site was very convenient. We did find it a more expensive than other Big4 sites. We thoroughly enjoyed our little stay and hope to drop by again sometime.
Holiday park with great facilities for caravans. Self contained cabins – very nicely fitted out with everything you could possibly need. Excellent management. Really enjoyed our stay.
We just love staying in the self-contained cabins at the Beacon and have been regular visitors there for over 30 years. The Resort offers excellent affordability and quality in a lovely location with so many things to see and do. From the moment we arrive we feel like we’re on holiday even if it’s only for one night. The friendly staff are always helpful, the spotless cabins are so comfortable and lots of thought has gone into the park amenities; the heated pool, nicely-located BBQs, bike hire, kids activities, campers kitchen. Being so well located it is an easy walk back to Queenscliff or our perennial favourite is taking in the brilliant rip views on the sea-side walk around to Point Lonsdale lighhouse. At night we can hear the waves from the comfort of our cabin van. It doesn’t get any better than that except to say how many resorts still hold up so well and continue to offer such excellent value after 30 years.

We found this holiday park excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our granddaughter didn’t want to leave, there was so much to amuse her there.

GREAT ACCOMODATION, SERVICE AND FACILITIES
It is has such warm and friendly staff, who deal with every situation with care and a smile. The rooms are delightfully appointed with all the latest features that a person could desire. The range of accomodation will suit all incomes, with the ‘extras’ like the warm swimming pool and spa. The grounds are immaculate and there is lots of informqation about the area.
Great place to take the family. Great resort with the facilities to cater for kids and adults alike. Front office service was welcoming and accommodating. A top weekend and one that we would recommend to friends.
Beacon is a friendly family caravan park where I spent most chool holidays whilst I was growing up. I now have 3 children of my own and have again commenced the tradition of spending time with my family there. When I first returned to Beascon last Easter I was surprised that 15 years on the staff remembered me and the same family atmosphere was evident. The facilities are great and keep the kids socially entertained for weeks on end.
Caravan park with hotel rooms and cabins. Very well maintained family facilities. The room was very well presented and designed, with the kitchen providing very adequate facilities to be able to cook and be fully self contained. Staff were very friendly and helpful, recommending places to eat and things to do that were spot on the money.
Exceptionally clean and not run down. Great size clean pool. Kids have a ball in the kids club which runs all year not just peak periods. The benefits of an expensive resort yet not the pretentiousness that can go with upscale resorts. Friendly relaxing atmosphere.
the beacon resort is the best place that we have stayed at ,during forty plus years of travel and have returned many times over the years. Having stayed in the motel ,apartment type rooms and the cabins we have found at all times the are always presented in first class clean condition . The reason my wife wants to return .The park offers many services to their guests with the well maintained BBQs and indoor pool our main attractions
We have just spent a long weekend at the resort and couldn’t have found a better place to rest and recharge the batteries. The staff are fantastic and couldn’t be more helpful. They greeted us with a smile and accomodated our every request, We were escorted to our site and helped back into our spacious caravan site. The facilities are very clean, modern and extremely well maintained. We love the indoor heated pool and spa and found the camp kitchen and recreation facilities very convenient and all that we needed. The position of the resort is very close to Geelong (great for the shopping) and just a short walk to the beach or the wetlands areas from the park. A short car trip or bike ride takes you to all the other great places to visit. The resort provides you with an itenerary of ‘What’s on for the week ‘ in the area and they will even help book you into the ‘Jazz train trip’. This is our second visit to the resort and we are really looking forward to our next stay.

Tons of things to keep the kids happy-bouncing pillow, bike hire, games room, heated pool, tennis and movie room. Clean cabins & friendly/helpful staff.
Beautifully maintained, with spacious, clean, comfortable rooms. Great facilities at the park also – including indoor heated swimming pool, jumping pillow and games room. Easy drive or ride to Queenscliff or Point Londsdale from the park. Area has many attractions, even in the winter months, including riding on the Steam Engines at the Bellarine Peninsula Railway. We found the staff accommodating and friendly, with plenty of knowledge about the local and surrounding area. Highly recommended.

This is fantastic! Lots of things to do for the kids as well as a “kids Club”!! The facilities were very well maintained and extremely clean! Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble! This is a MUST STAY place!
Motel, Cabins and caravan park all within a resort setting. Motel section is very clean and rooms are very spacious. Rooms have a kitchen sink and microwave oven and is stocked with crockery and cutlery. The staff are friendly and very helpfull.
Its a lovely place to stay the staff are wonderful children are well taken care of with movie rooms craft lessons and outdoor fun i would recommend big 4 at queenscliff to anyone

This park is a fab park for the whole family to have a holiday. It provides a heated indoor swimming pool, a spa, tennis courts, a movie room, activities for the chidren to make, a playground and a sensational jumping pillow which the children absolutely love just to name a few without leaving the park or spending a cent. The staff are very friendly and are happy to meet any requests we had during our stay.

Just outside Queenscliff the BIG4 Beacon Resort is full of great facilities so that you could quite easily just “kick back” and not have to leave, however located next to great beaches and historic towns there is so much to see and do in this area that the BIG4 Beacon Resort is a perfect place to base yourself and explore from.
A haven for kids and parents alike. With indoor heated pool,kids club, playgrounds and friendly staff this is an ideal place to stay close to beaches and the Great Ocean Road.
Offers excellent on site accommodation. We arrived at dinner time on a cold wintery Friday night. The lights & electric blankets were on, the cabin was warm. There is a indoor pool & spa which the kids loved, as well a jumping pillow. Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at Beacon Resort and look forward to going back in the summer with our caravan.
All amenties and a variety of accommodation available for all. At all times staff were most congenial and satisfied our every query or need. Heated pool and spa were wonderful in the midst of our winter. Bellarine Peninsula was lovely to see and a spot we very rarely go given we live on Mornington Peninsula
Every time we stay at the Beacon Resort we have the best experience. The park is very clean, they cater for Families with children of all ages, with activities all year round. Best of all the staff are extremely friendly and are willing to make sure your stay is the best it possibly can be. We would not stay anywhere else in Queencliff

Great place to stay, immaculately kept grounds, cabins and motels are spotless, the place to stay if the parents require kids to be entertained with the beautifully landscaped jumping pillow and sensationally run kids club. The indoor pool is a real winner all year round as it is heated and with a 6 seater spa also.Park facilities such as the 50-60 seated movie room with big screen tv and tennis court are a real winner as well as the undercover b.b.q’s which are also akept spotless for the patrons constant usage.
BIG4 Beacon Resort a fantastic place for families, the indoor heater pool & spa is great in the winter. Along with the all year round kids activities & jumping pillow. So much for the kids to do why would we want to go anywhere else. A special mention to the friendly staff who were just great. We can’t wait to come back.

Our family of 5 totally enjoyed staying at Big 4 Beacon Cove Queenscliff for the weekend in our caravan. The sites were generous for a van and annex, and when we arrived were greeted pleasently, upgraded to a double site no extra charge and made to feel very welcome by the staff and other visitors. There was so much to do for our young children (aged 5,3 and 2) with whom we have travelled to various parts of Asia, and they were captivated by the indoor heated pool, movie room, playground and jumping pillow!! There was plenty of space for the kids to ride their bikes, and play with other children. we have only left this morning, but they are already rating it their best holiday…apparently it even beats Bali!!!
Great Caravan park, lots to do for kids of all ages, jumping pillow, swimming pool, spa, table tennis, billiards , large theatre room, conference room . Facilities exellent and very clean. Helpful staff. Close to wonderful walks and bike trails.
