Clean, tidy, cleanest BBQs and camp kitchen I have ever seen, plenty to keep the kids entertained for hours on end, great common room, quiet and still has green grass! Levely spot just out of town and friendly managers. Would absolutely stay again.

You know you are having a good holiday when the kids are well entertained within the park and a very tired at night. We have stayed on serveral occasions and have watched the park get beter and better. Staff are freindly and the accommodation is perfect.
After a trying day of travel with the kids it was nice to arrive at Ascot holiday park. Shirley made the check in quick and the lollypops she gave the kids was a real hit. Well done to the owners and staff , the holiday was great.
this park is very clean and the staff are very friendly, particularly Carlene who was so very helpful, directions to the park and very happy to greet us on arrival. Hopefully next time we will come for a much longer stay with the whole family.

Great cabins, comfy beds, the staff were fantastic giving us advice on a great place to go and eat. They made us feel like we were the only people in the park and created a very special experience for me and my friends. would definatley go back. the new games games room is a great place to relax and also enjoy a game of pool or table tennis. The staff are really helpful and nothing is to much trouble. agreat place to stay.

We had a booking with Bendigo Big 4 and the staff were wonderful. We had booked a ensuite site for our campertrailer. But the day before we left I fell and broke my leg. They changed our booking for us and gave as a unit that had no steps and was easy for me to get around in. The staff are to be commended for their service and the park was kept in immaculate condition. I would recommend the park to anyone.

Ascot must be one of the best if not the best in Bendigo as each year at the time we’d like to stay there it is always booked out! Looks great, clean and friendly and has a nice atmosphere when you walk in. I know people who stay there and highly recommend Ascot. One day our chance will come, fingers crossed.
A great place to stay be in a long or short stay. My family & friends went for a weekend in April. The facilities were excellent & good condition. My 2 yr old daughter had a ball riding her bike around the track & playing on the jumping pillow.
Looking forward to going back again soon.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Bendigo Big4. The cabin was fantastic, so clean and so practical. We loved the jumping pillow, playground & mini golf. The kids & us can’t wait to go back one day soon. They’re still talking about it!

We have done alot of travelling around the country and this would by far be the best park we have stayed in. Reasonably priced and all the family love it. Such a variety of things for the kids to do in the caravan park as well as around the town. We have been coming here every Easter for the last three years and plan to make it our yearly holiday for many more years to come.
A very family friendly caravan park, the disabled cabin was extremely good for disabled people and we all enjoyed our short stay and we will be back.
The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating, the cabins are comfortable, we enjoyed it so much, we’ll be back next year. The kids loved the pool and the jumping pillow. Great family park.
Loved the place and park accommodated our big group of about 25 people. Some were in cabins, some in their own van and a couple in tents, and everyone was happy with the different style accommodation.
Cant wait to have another trip to Bendigo area, and would definitely stay here at Big4 Ascot holiday park again.
Owners are very helpful & friendly. Its hard getting accomodation for big groups and they are always helpful. The facilities are very comfortable, always spotless and there is plenty to occupy the kids. We try to stay there every time we come to Bendigo.
The cabin was spotless and had lots of natural light. Everything worked in the cabin and the kitchen was well-appointed (you don’t always find this when travelling). The beds were comfortable and the air-con worked well. It was nice and quiet and the staff were helpful and friendly. The jumping mat and pool were much enjoyed by the family.
Accommodation is usually expensive and not really where we want to spend the bulk of our ‘holiday’ budget, but at the Bendigo Big 4, we felt as though our money had been well spent and then some. This place offers all the general facilities, but it was the extras, that made this holiday park stand out from the many others we have stayed at. We had a last minute (person) addition to our booking, but it was no trouble for them to adjust our reservation accordingly.
As a parent, we needed a place that would accommodate our little one, and she had an absolute ball. The giant jumping pillow and safe playground were just for starters. The hosts have made a huge effort with offerings of dress ups, blow up tents and other toys that made it hard to remove our child from the room. For the adults, the BBQ area was spotless and perfect for outdoor dining and a few beers, with the conference room with pool and table tennis tables and arcade games.
The cabin itself was clean, spacious and well laid out, the beds were really comfortable and Foxtel TV was better than what my husband gets at home. Most of all, in spiteof visiting on a long weekend, the camp wasn’t at all noisy. One of the biggest factors that sets this place apart from others is the actual hospitality of the hosts running it. You can tell they have put a lot of effort and energy into the place. They make you feel like you’ve stayed there before and its hard not to be disappointed when you move to another camp that isn’t as well set up or run.
These people go out of their way to make their guests (even the smallest ones) feel good at about their visit to their park. This place does the city of Bendigo proud, and we can’t wait to stay here again!
We have been staying at Ascot for the last 3 years over the Australia Day long weekends for Basketball tournaments. We normally pitch a tent and camp with the family. We have always found the facilities clean and really enjoy staying at the park. We have stayed in cabins at other times of the year and they are always tidy and clean. We enjoy the proximity to everything as well!
Great place to stay for a family – rooms of all varieties suit every family. Our kids love the space and room to run around. Great for groups to stay together.
We travel to Bendigo for Basketball tournaments every year and it is comforting to know that our accomodation in Bendigo is always relaxing. We choose to stay in one of their cabins which feels like going home at the end of the day. Their facilities are always spotless, including their cabins.The staff are so helpful and friendly. If there are any problems, they are attended to immediately. We have no hesitation in recommeding the BIg 4 Bendigo to our friends and family.
We recently spent our regular girls getaway weekend at Ascot Holiday Park in Bendigo. The cabin was fantastic – comfy, clean and plenty room. Park is close to town, well set up and the owners couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. Looking forward to going back!
Bendigo Big 4 could not have been more accomodating it was a last minute decision but were very pleased , it was splottlessly clean neat and tidy, would definitly stay there again.
We stayed here January 2009 on the end of a very long road trip. Our cabin accommodation was luxurious – the kids luved the spa bath – and they had a great time on the jumping pillow. The location is perfect – no traffic noise and very peaceful. Would recommend this park as a stopover to anyone!
Our family and friends had a fantastic stay at Ascot – the children had a great time discovering all there is to do. We stayed in a 3 bedroom cabin which was amazing – so much room for a family of 5.

A gem in the heart of Bendigo. Affordable, central and excellent facilities for all the family. Just what a Big4 park should be. Would highly recommend this holiday park and will definitely come back again.
The family had a great time. There was something for everyone to do and relax as well. We were looked after really well, even got an Easter Egg from the Bunny.
I have taken groups from our Langwarrin Probus Club in 2000, 2004 and 2008 and we all have enjoyed the friendly helpful nature of all staff. The only reason we went back the 2nd & 3rd times was because we enjoyed it so much and there is so much to see in Bendigo and district.

I have been going to this tourist park for close to 20 years each year for the Bendigo Swap meet weeked. What impresses me the most is not only the friendly and helpful staff but the cleanliness of the amenities. This tourist park is always well maintained, from the campsing sites to the cabins. The facilities are second to none. This is perhaps the best tourist park I have stayed. Looking forward to my next trip in November. Well done to Ray and his team.

Everyone was very helpful. There were three of us doing a postgraduate course at La Trobe uni in Bendigo and every effort was made to give us a great deal. The location was excellent.

Fantastic place to stay! Walking distance to shops, conveniently situated on main road, not noisy at all. First time in Victoria in about 17 years. Very friendly staff, made us feel very welcome and the food and service was fantastic! Comfortable bed and clean room. Just like being at home! We will definitely stay there again when we visit Bendigo again!

The best place in Bendigo to stay at. I have told all my family and friends about this park, the staff are fantastic, and the cabins are so clean and inviting. We have been travelling around Australia for a number of years now and have not found another Park as well organised, with Welcome Packages, with a Park person directing us onto our site, assisting with any problems and suggesting sights we would probably enjoy in the Bendigo area. Well done

This is a very child/family friendly place, the playground and pillow tramp was excellent – enjoyed the town very much too. There was so much to do, will have to return again soon! The kids loved it – want to come back when we can swim in the pool

If anyone is visiting Bendigo one of the best places to stay is the Big 4 Ascot at Bendigo. It is very friendly and the staff are very helpful. Its an easy acess to all the major attractions that Bendigo has to offer. Because we loved staying there so much we extended our stay and will be back again.

A fantastic park we have visited over the past 10 years. This park employs people-oriented personnel, and has exceptional facilities and service always. We never hesitate at recommending this as the No. 1 Holiday Park in regional Victoria for a holiday or weekend retreat, for couples or families – you have it all!
We stayed at this park for just over one week with the Probian Wanderers. We found the staff friendly and the ammenities clean and well maintained. We liked the park so much we returned with other members of our family to stay in a cabin during a weekend.

We have stayed at this park several times as we have a friend who lives in Bendigo. Staff are very friendly, on arrival tourist information is given in handy packs.
Ensuites are large, very clean. One of the best caravan parks we have stayed at.
The staff were friendly and the cabin we stayed in was spacious and very clean.
Would definitely recommend Ascot Bendigo Big 4 to family and friends as the place to stay when visiting Bendigo.

Ideally located, excellently appointed and priced for family affordability. Highly recommended for an overnight stop or a holiday retreat.
Fine. Better than staying with friends. Staff work hard to ensure everything runs well and is good for the boarders. Handy for chip shops and the back roads into Bendigo via Bendigo East, Strickland St, etc are easy to negotiate and hassle free.
Great park, friendly staff and clean comfortable units. We were made to feel very welcome and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely stay again when we next visit Bendigo.

Loved staying with Ascot Holiday Park, we wished we could have stayed longer, the cabin was lovely it felt like a home away from home, and so close to the jumping pillow that I could set on the verandah having a cuppa and watching my daughter jump like a maniac. Wonderful, helpful staff, we could not have asked for more.

Having a daughter who lives in Bendigo it is pleasing to stay at the Ascot Holiday Park as the features and staff make you feel welcome and the cabins feel like a home away from home.
The owners are always helpful with information that to an interstate visitor is greatfully appreciated as it eases the requirement of trying to find out for yourself and then getting lost,frustrated and not enjoying your stay.
Our six year old daughter also loves the playground facilities especially the jumping castle.We would recommend this park to anyone wishing to stay in the Bendigo area regardless of the time of year.
