Guests are encouraged to utilise the six hole par 3 golf course, tennis court, pool, an air-conditioned games room, modern playground and camp kitchen.

Very family oriented. The owners put on special events over the school holidays. The children love the pool. Very clean park and plenty of room to move around.
Our stay at Swan Hill was an extremely relaxing and pleasant stay. There were children everywhere and all having fun. My two grand children 4 & 2 also enjoyed the play equipment. It amazed me how quiet and relaxing it was even though the park was full.
3 adults,5 children stayed 5 nights.
As activities for kids were top priority, were extremely pleased to discover the
range so vast.
Top marks for professional organization, especially go cart speed trials.
All requests for service – promptly dealt with, including a change of sheets for a
kid who had a blood nose.
Very friendly staff with a sense of humour.
Cleanliness of all amenities – outstanding, including rubbish bins.

big 4 swan hill is my home away from home(literally as i lived in the area for 25 years!) now in melb i love coming here with my husband and kids while i catch up with members of my family and friends still living in swan hill.
its always clean and tidy and after a stresfull vist soemtimes with family(father is very unwell) its nice to unwind amongst friends in your own little piece of paradise where everything is there that u need and to catch up with the “locals” where nothing is too hard to ask for and always done with a smile.
we now work our dates for visits to include the famous sunday morning pancakes- who could belive a 4 yo and 7 yo could eat so many! very yummy and great to speak to others who travel and even to some returning faces like us
thanks guys it make a emotionally hard trip so much easier when u can relax and know that the kids are happy and safe too.
Walk through the Caravan Park every weekend its a lovely location, on the River and next to the Park especially when here are little ducklings in the pond. Everyone I run into seem happy and relaxed. I would have no hesitation in recommending my friends to say.
Very clean well laid out park. Free pancakes on Sundays is a great time to catch up with other travellers and find out where they have been and how they have enjoyed it. The staff are very helpful and aim to make your stay very enjoyable. The accomodation is very clean and has everything you need and the kids just love the jumping pillow and play area.
Keep up the good work. Big4 Swan Hill, we’ll be back again and again.

Thank you for a fantastic experience. We (the adults) actually had the opportunity to put our feet up and relax in the gorgeous surrounds of the park. The kids were always off enjoying themselves either on the jumping pillow or on their bikes. Our cabin was a home away from home with all the mod cons and comforts. We highly recommend Big 4 Swan Hill pioneer city tourist park for everyone.

Great place to stay, grandchildren just love all the activities the staff run over the school holidays. The staff are so friendly. Jumping pillow is a huge hit with kids big and small.
We loved it here! The weather in March was spectacular and many a lazy hour was spent by the pool. The jumping pillow was a huge hit with my son, as was the courtesy bus offered so all could have a fun and safe night out. I loved The Pioneer Settlement as it took me back to my childhood, and it became a new favourite for my son. Will definitely return.
Big 4 Swan Hill is definitely the best caravan park in Victoria. I’ve been twice this year with my family and plan to keep heading back. They have heaps of great things for the kids to do – the school holiday programs are terrific. You can’t beat free pancakes and the weather is awesome.
The minute you drive through the entrance, you’ll ask yourself…”Why didn’t we discover this park earlier”? Swan Hill Big 4 has immaculate grounds & ammentities, the staff are unbelievably helpful & you won’t see your children for hours as the park’s facilities will entertain them endlessly. Treat yourself & discover Victoria’s best holiday park……we did…..we”ll definately be back…again & again!!!
I loved Swan Hill Big 4, the school holiday activities are unreal & the Go-Kart track was great for my bike. The staff are really friendly & they have a pet lizard & heaps of birds in the aviary, I reckon every kid should have a holiday here, Swan Hill Big 4 Rocks!!!!!!!
I am 8 years old & this is the best caravan park ever!! Mum & Dad choose our holidays all the time, but I just want to go back to Swan Hill Big 4. There’s heaps of stuff to do & everyone is really friendly. The Go-Karts are heaps of fun & the jumping pillow is awesome!!!!!

We have stayed in many parks over the years but I believe this park is one on the very best. From the moment you arrive the staff are very helpful and go out of there way to make your stay enjoyable. There is lots to do for the kids with the bikes and jumping pillow, whilst the parents can relax around the pool. The rooms are very clean.
Great place to stay. The kids were so busy between the jumping pillow and the activities that we hardly saw them….which made for a very relaxing holiday on our part!!

We travelled around Victoria for 2 months and this was best family accommodation we found. The kids loved the jumping pillow, go karts and Austar in our cabin. We hope to get back during school holidays for the daily kids activities

Relaxing place to stay for us “oldies” but lots for the children also. Close to “Touristy things” which entertain and instruct together. This is also within driving distance of Melbourne and affordable for us also.
Cabins are well appointed. Set in a rural setting next to parks and Murray River but close enough to the shopping district.
Park had Friendly staff who are eager to help with any requiremnet you may have.
Plenty of room to move.

great family place to stay, lost of things to keep the kids busy. close to Pioneer settlement which is a hidden treasure more affordable and user friendly than Soverign Hill . Close to Lake Boga onservatory which was an amazing night out
