having spent many years holidaying there I would dearly love to return and
have that sense of tranquility return to me along with fabulous memories and
long winded stories. The bream were also pretty special. One day I will return.

I am a bit surprised at the name of this resort, as there is Fraser Island, near Hervey Bay in Queensland, so it must be a bit confusing for some people. however, that shouldn’t stop it being a lovely holiday. It looks a very interesting building, and being near the beautiful beach at Lakes Entrance, would make it a popular destination.

Wonderful location for that “get away from it all” vacation. My memory is of sitting at the water’s edge witnessing an amazing sunset unfold. Lovely walk around the island, kangaroos and birdlife abundant. A truly peaceful experience, Good golf course, tennis court, or simply curl up with a good book on the sunny verandah with a glass of sav blanc.
