We both fell in love with Lorne and the charming La Perouse.
The accommodation was fairy tale perfect, georgeous accommodation, rooms tastefully decorated and the finest bedlinen. Murrayanna loved the luxury products she discovered in the bathroom; ” L’Occitane” her favourite french cremes and bodywash. The hosts were both wonderful, Laurel was just fantastic with arranging our stay; she even organised freshly picked roses to be in our room when we arrived. Sue was also charming, she made us feel just so welcome. The breakfast was delicious, the best chocolate croissants this side of Paris. The highlight of the weekend was hearing Murrayanna say ” Yes ” as I proposed on bended knee at the beach; a perfect way to end the MOST perfect weekend!

Set back on the hill behind Lorne beach within easy walking distance of beach and shops, with a view of the sea and a very friendly owner, who served breakfast each morning. The apartment we stayed in was separate from the main building and had a very pleasant ambience in amongst the foliage.

Gorgeous French-inspired bed and breakfast tucked away in Lorne with stunning balcony views of the Great Ocean Road. Decadent rooms with ensuite and luxurious toiletries, friendly hosts and delicious breakfast. Very romantic accommodation!
