We have stayed many times over the years from the first buildings going up and have loved it each time. Of course now it is superb now that it is all finished and running. We took overseas visitors there and they thought that it was magnificent – we will return soon.
Fantastic place – really close to all the area has to offer at a very affordable price. Will be returning shortly

We chose to stay at Lady Bay resort as it was well-located & well priced. We had a great time there & look forward to staying there again.
We chose to stay at Lady Bay for our first holiday as a family of four, celebrating the arrival of our 2nd child. We had a wonderful stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was neat, tidy and had everything we required for our stay, child friendly. The bistro meals were also of good value and portion size. The location is fantastic, so close to the beach! We are currently planning our next stay.

This is a lovely resort to stay at. It is in walking distance to a major park and mini golf, which we found very handy. The rooms are very clean and the food and service at the resort was wonderfull. A very nice place to stay with kids.

attended a wedding here, management was fantastic in looking after everyone. food was brilliant, accom was awsome, service was outstanding, all needs looked after had an awsum night plus yhummy buffet breaky.

What a wonderful surprise, fantastic food, spectacular views, nestled between the beach and river, a short walk to attractions and surrounded by the most provincial city in Victoria. The jewel in the crown of the great ocean road, central to the regions other icon locations. The quality of facilities and customer service rival the best of the region and those other interstate go to spots. This in now our only go to spot until we have discovered all its bountiful fruits.

The Lady Bay resort at Warrnambool. what a great place to stay. Recently I had the pleaseure of staying at the Lady Bay for a works conference, and what a great time was had by all. Everything about the “Lady” was great, the rooms, the staff were fantastic (especially Jon and Kaela). Warrnambool is a great place to stay and being close to the beach makes the LB my number 1 choice
As a follow up, I have rebooked a room for a very special day I have coming up in December; well done the the Lady Bay resort.

We stayed here for 2 nights in August and wished it could have been for longer. Beautiful place to stay. Clean, comfortable, warm and everthing we needed in our apartment, great location and very, very helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful accomodation right by the beach, perfect for that quick weekend getaway or family holiday. The rooms are extremely comfortable and warm making it a great place to kick the shoes off and poor a glass of wine or two. Great facilities to suit everyones needs, relaxing massages, refreshing facials or try a swim in the pool. Fantastic restaurant and bar on site or a short stroll to Warrnambool’s bussling CBD. Lake Pertobe playground and skate park close by to keep the kids entertained, not to mention the magnificent Warrnambool beaches, Flagstaff Hill, Shipwreck Coast sound and laser show, whale watching, mini golf, the list goes on. The Lady Bay has everything to offer and the staff are sensational. Truly a fantastic place to stay!!

Great Management and facilities, positioned within a stones throw of the beach.
Modern, clean accommodation, easy access to the beach and Lake Pertobe etc. which is great for the kids. Dining in the restaurant is a pleasant experience i.e. well laid out, good food and pleasant, capable staff.
Our company uses this facility for business functions and a great place to stay while doing business in the Warnambool area. Food and staff are special and make you feel you are having a break while at work,, cheers chris reynolds
Our company has held several very successful conferenes at the Lady Bay. The staff are absolutely wonderful, the food is fabulous and the accomodation is excellent! I will continue to use Lady Bay for all our future conferences (and also for my holidays!)

I cannot recommend this establishment highly enough!! We held our Wedding Reception in the Function Room earlier this year. Our day went above and beyond our expectations which was due to the hard working and dedicated management and staff!! Every need was meet without any problems. Food – FANTASTIC, Staff – FANTASTIC, The Lady Bay – FANTASTIC!! If you are looking for a Wedding Reception venue DO NOT overlook The Lady Bay!!!!!

All the management and staff in the restaurant made us feel very, very welcome. Nothing was a problem. The front desk staff were helpful and fast in their checking in procedures, and had terrific local knowledge of the area. I would definitely reccommend for anyone needing a relaxing stay or family holiday, or for more professional reasons ie:conference stays and wedding parties. A great all round facility which I would encourage all to try, especially nice for a breakfast.
A most enjoyable overnight stay in what you would have to call “room with a view”. Without a doubt the best view from accommodation I have ever experienced. Customer service was first class. I will return.

Stayed at Lady Bay Resort over the New Year period last year and in 2007. We are booked to go back again this year!! There is a great atmosphere, excellent facilities and is very family friendly. I spent an afternoon at the Endota Day Spa receiving a very relaxing massage. What better way to unwind. The staff are friendly and accomodating, check in and check out was easy!!!! It is close to all the local activities and if you want to eat out, the onsite restaurant is just a step away……service was great!!! We love Lady Bay Resort!!!

Warrnambool is our favourite place to stay on the Great Ocean Road. The people are friendly, the town is very child friendly and it oozes relaxation! When we think of Warrnambool, we always think of The Lady Bay. We have been holidaying in Warrnambool for over 12 years and every visit, the Lady Bay apartments gets bigger, brighter and better. This resort is fantastic, my partner actually took me there for our 12 month aniversary and it was unreal we stayed in a delux spa suit had dinner there it was unreal very good value for money couldnt eat any more. We dined in the restaurant for breakfast the following morning that was also very good value for money all you can eat buffet. i would reccomend Lady Bay Resort for everyone to stay at no faults what so ever.. I have also decided to have my wedding reception there in March next year.
With a great veiw, and a beach not too far. The best place to eat, a place for your car. With plenty to do, Even when it’s dark. complete with a location, next to the skate park.
We received a warm welcome after travelling from Melbourne on a very blustery day. Appartment was exceptional…a bit of luxury after our long day. Even the bed sheets smelt wonderful! We will definately stay there again and recomend it to our friends.

We had our Annual Conference (Livestock Transporters Association of Victoria L.T.A.V ) on the weekend of 14/16 August 2009. We could’nt have found a better site, position or staff better anywhere in Victoria. John and his staff have to be commended for their generosity, helpfullness and just all round happiness in their work and their belief in what they do. Our Committee could not have pulled of such a weekend without the support of John and his staff. Many Thanks again John and all .I can not speak highly enough of these people at The Lady Bay. Unit 41 has extensive views of the harbour, the restaurant at the complex has beautiful meals, The walks along the beach are restful and romantic. The complex has a lot to offer in a very clean and family oriented city.

The Lady Bay Resort is beautifully located on the edge of the magnificent Lady Bay beach which is fantastic and safe for swimming, surfing and fishing. The resort is a short stroll to the Middle Island penguins; the mini golf and the fantastic Lake Pertobe playground (your children will be kept busy there all day) where there is a huge array of playground equipment and huge open spaces to kick or hit a ball. The CBD of Warrnambool, SW Vic, is also a short stroll where there is a store to meet your every need! Great restaurant with delicious food, very friendly and helpful staff and a very safe place to take your children. If l could, l would love to live here permanently…..my family have loved the lazy summers here and been lucky enough to see the majestic Southern Right Whales during winter as well. We keep coming back because it feels like home. Thanks.
Lovely, modern, very clean and functional resort. Perfectly located on foreshore precinct with breathtaking views of the ocean and rugged coastline. Food and service is of a standard that compares to any fine dining experience. The visiting whales to the area can be seen from the upper levels when they are in the Lady Bay area! Wonderful experience!
we just atended the livestock transporters association of victoria annual connference at the lady bay resort .there were approx 200 people there for 3 days. John the manager & his staff done a fantastic job in looking after us all nothing was any trouble to them . the food &drinks & service were first class I would highly recomend them to any one thinking about were to hold there next conferance or just going for a meal &drinks

I have just had a fabulous weekend and stayed at the hotel for a conference.The staff could not do enought for us. The accomardation was perfect. The catering was great. I stayed at the hotel in July for a work converence for three days. The staff could not do enought for us. The accomardation was perfect. The catering for our official dinner was great. The meals in general were great. The staff are very obliging, I will deffinently stay there again and recomend it to anyone.

We held a three day conference at the lady bay in July 2009, including accommodation and all meals. The food was top class and the service from the staff was excellent. No question was left unanswered, and nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic!
It is close enough to town to walk, but even better, it is so close to the beach at Warrnambool that you can wander down for a pre-breakfast swim or walk without driving. Modern (almost brand new), cosy & yet spacious, great food and winelist, fantastic staff and great ambience.

I stayed here on a work related matter. Staff are very friendly, rooms are luxury and meeting rooms are well catered for. The food is excellant whether it be breakfast, lunch or dinner. I have attended 2 dinner functions here so far and the service has been great. Would stay again.
Lady Bay was the perfect escape!
We wanted to have some rest and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle.
Our accomadation was on the fourth floor with breathtaking seaviews. The rooms were spotless and large, we had all facilities we needed to stay in and enjoy the
location. The resturant was great as was the friendly staff.
We did wander out for a few short walks and even managed to spot some whales, (very exciting).
Thanks for a great escape will definately be back.

Locations is great. Lake pertobe (kids playground), mini golf and the pier are very short walks from the resort. Food is good, staff friendly and accommodation superb.

New and modern. Beautifully equipped units with every mod con. Lovely restaurant, good conference facilities, but the best part was the attitude and demeanour of the staff. They were great, from the manager to the bar staff to the kitchen. I absolutely loved my three night stay. Great location on Lady Bay, nice walk to the breakwater, and not too far from the shops. I would definately rate it as one of the best places I have stayed. Would like to go back ASAP.
Well! well! Ladybay place to be i guess… The rooms are very spacious and have modern facilities, with under cover car parking, very clean and tidy and the views of the sea were sensational, lovely staffs made us feel welcome, Five star accomadation for the price of 3 star (That’s so true, what else could u sak for?) I enjoy heated spa/pool. Terrific breakfast, Bistro food was awsom. The staff at the front desk were very helpful with local terrific of the area and very accomadating to all my needs. Had an excellent time.

We had a brilliant time here, clean tidy and very comfortable. The food was very nice in the restaurant, staff very accomodating at all times. Although the Warrnambool weather was freezing, windy and very uninviting, our rooms were very comfortable and we happily read books and relaxed during the afternoons.

To be honest, my initial expectations of a place Warrnambool wasn’t that high. I’ve since changed my tune and I can say, yes I was wrong (just don’t tell my wife
). Lovely place, friendly staff, kids had a great time playing in the park while the boss (wife) took full advantage of the the day spa (massages, etc). Would go again.

Its the only modern apartment style accomodation near the beach at Warrnambool, and its very well put together with wonderful facilities. The restaurant is excellent, and the staff are very happy, welcoming people.
Lady Bay Resort is in Warrnambool. Vic.and has the most freindly staff the rooms are very spacious and have all modern facilities there not your pokie hotel room, very clean and tidy and the views of the sea were sensational ( Whales and all )

Accomodation is very reasonably priced and the food is beautiful. We had a totally relaxing weekend, and the resort is close to great parks for the kids and to the breakwater. Will be going back again and again!
