I love staying here! Have been twice with the family and really been able to enjoy all that Sovereign Hill has to offer because of the location. Nothing like making the most of a say!
We have stayed at Sovereign Park Motor Inn a few times. The rooms are spacious and well presented, and the customer service is excellent- from check-in to bar and room service. Perfect to stay and relax as bar and bistro out the back, so don’t really have to move. Also close to Ballarat Bridge Mall (city) and Sovereign Hill. Leave your car and walk.
Great place to stay, great atmosphere, especially in the Officers’ Quarters
First stayed here some 20 years ago for a table tennis tournament and all my friends who stayed all had positive comments about the Motel. Indoor pool and indoor mini tennis courts were good and has homely atmosphere. Hope to stay there again in the future.

Our family of six stayed in the 3 bedroom house that belongs to the Sovereign Park Motor Inn. It is just three doors down form the motel and is fantastic for a larger family. Our 14 year old is in wheelchair at the moment and the access was excellent. The staff at the motel were so friendly and very professional and we used the facilities of the lovely indoor heated pool, gym and pool table. It is also located less than a kilometer to Sovereign Hill Park which was very convenient for us as we attended the Blood on the Southern Cross and the Park the next day. We all agreed that we would love to go back and stay at this motel again next year and maybe add an extra night.
This is very comfortable accommodation especially when you have children. There is an indoor pool, half size tennis court, table tennis and mini playground on site. Staff are very friendly and after a long day walking around Soverieign Hill you can spend the rest of the evening on site with lots to occupy the kids.
