My beautiful Man and I stayed for a winter get away this year and it was warm, cosy and only one hour from home.. We will definitely go again very soon.

We were married at “The Grande” last year and it was a very special event for us. The staff were wonderful in assisting us in every way they could to ensure that our wedding ceremony was beautiful. The environment also ensured that both ourselves and our guests were well looked after and relaxed. We loved our stay and found the accommodation and the friendly company of the staff in the lounge helped make our wedding and extended stay a wonderful memory. Thank you “The Grande”

I have stayed at the Grand twice this year. I stayed the first time on the recommendation of a friend and my mum and I had such a lovely stay. We had a fantastic meal at the restaurant and mum and I both had spa treatments, which were divine! The second time I stayed was with my husband and we brought my in-laws from New Zealand and they just loved it. The setting is just beautiful and the rooms were lovely and cosy. The breakfast was really well done, something a little different with home made bake beans and smoked trout – Yum! Can’t recommend this place enough!

A fantastic and relaxing night away from home. The building is beautifully restored and in an amazing location – overlooking the creek out the back was beautiful. The service was friendly, the atmosphere was prefect and the food – delicious. Any questions we had were warmly welcomed. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed and wanting to stay an extra night..
