This is the most relaxed B&B we have stayed in, in all of vic. Very roomy with a large open fireplace comfortable lounge setting with colour TV,nice little kitchen with spa and shower with plenty of hot water. Large queen bed is up in the loft and is very cosy and warm for the chilly Ballarat’s weather.Lotts of recycled timber has been used to build bring together this great place to stay. we highly recomend The Loft as the place to stay when in Ballarat Vic
