My family stayed there for a few days and were treated like old friends. The girls, Jodie and Tiff are perfect hosts and we WILL stay there again. We have not received the hospitality anywhere else that we received at Ti-Tree.

We are currently based in New Zealand (from the UK) and we are trying hard to visit all the recommended places in Australasia. The Great Ocean Road was in the top 10. However, we did not expect that at the end of our journey we would find such a gem as Ti-Tree Village. The facilities could not be bettered. Even out of season it was so comfortable and welcoming and so brilliantly placed between town and sea. We have now stayed in some wonderful places but this is well up there with the best. Thank you and well done. Hopefully we will be back before we head home.

Just returned to Brisbane after 6 nights at Ti-Tree Village..I want to go back NOW!!!

Everything about our stay was fantastic…the cabins, the staff, the surrounds…you name it. I especially appreciated the fresh herbs and veges in the gardens.
It was great to wake up and have a coffee on the verandah listening to the birds. Our kids were rarely in the cabin..they were either in the recreation room, at the beach, at the local shops or just wandering the grounds.
An extremely relaxing and enjoyable place to be…we will be calling in again.

We have just had the pleasure of staying at Ti-tree for our 10th wedding anniversary. Its our second stay due to the fact we love it so much. We actually live in Ocean Grove but love the feeling we get while at the village of being a milion miles away but have everything at our fingertips. Including the atmosphere of being in a log cabin that feel like your amongst the tree tops of a rain forest while hearing the rolling surf just meters away. This is all on our doorstep, we are so privileged, but would drive kilometers if we had to for this wonderful & beautiful experience.

The cottages are lovely and warm and catered to my every need, the staff helpfull corteous and polite at all times, did not hesitate to answer my questions, where there for us at the drop of a hat. Will definitely continue to go back for as long as they are there.

What brought me to holiday at Ti Tree village the first time was there RACV awards being the most prestigious in the country I was very confident that it would be a great place to stay! And it certainly was! I have now stayed at Ti Tree village in excess of 8 times it’s the only place I will stay along the coast. When I returned to Ti Tree the second time I arrived vey late at night on a Friday night and on the door was a welcome back note which made it immediately feel like home, such a little gesture meant to much! Now Iook forward to finding my note everytime. I look forward to returning to Ti Tree Village again very soon only the next time I arrive I am confident my favourite holiday destination will also be the RACV holiday destination of 2009!

Very friendly staff. The grounds are always well kept and the gardens, with the birdlife make it relaxing and seem like you are well away from everything, even though it’s a short walk to Ocean Grove shops and restaurants and the beach. Also only a short distance to Barwon Heads, Torqay, Bells Beach and the start of The Great Ocean Rd. We always feel relaxed when we visit even if it’s only for a weekend. We still visit now even though we have moved to Brisbane!

We arrived late to a be greeted by a very welcoming, warm cottage with lovely aromas from the slow cooker and the table set waiting for us. After a long drive and two tired children, it was wonderful and relaxing to be able to sit down to a very delicious pumpkin soup, tender corned beef and vegies, with crusty bread. (The brekky hamper was superb too!) .Next time we will order a bottle of bubbly as well. The cottage was very comfortable and peaceful. The beach at Ocean Grove is great and fun for kids with surf to splash about in. The shopping village is just up the road, and a short drive to Pt Lonsdale was worth it to see ships come in through the heads. Thanks Ti- tree, Tiffany and Jodie for making our stay a memorable one. We will certainly be back!

I have been going to Ti- Tree Village since i was little and i love going there. I am always really excited to get there and really sad to leave. Because its so close we go to the beach everyday and we even walk up the hill to the street to shop. I love going there and i always make sure mum has booked a cabin. I also like going to the games room to play and the restaurant to get a milkshake. Jodie and Tiffany are really nice people and make your stay relaxing everytime.

Fabulous 3 night stay for the price of two. It was off season so we couldn’t take advantage of the restaurant. Another good reason to come back. We had a lovely slow cooked beef and red wine casserole and fresh breads waiting for us on arrival after a long drive from the twelve apostles same day. The spa and fireplace were perfect as it was raining and about 15 degrees on the day. The laundry was very much appreciated as we were travelling from queensland. The local Bowls Club was very nice and the Chinese Restaurant was superb. We hope the area gets their much needed rain to help the gardens along.

Cosy, spotlessly clean cottages with many luxurious touches, very friendly welcoming hosts, beautiful beach nearby, and a peaceful place to get away from it all. Those are the reasons why my wife and I have stayed at Ti-Tree Village about 10 times. Congratulations and thanks to all the staff for setting the scene for some of our best holiday memories.

Autumn 2008 we spent a great weekend at Ti-Tree Village. We enjoyed the delicious food and wine while looking at the wonderful collection of Australiana memorabilia in the unique looking restuarant. Our cabin was very comfortable with a spa and open fire place that we lit even though it wasn’t all that cold. As for the staff, they were very friendly and obliging to make our stay relaxing.
When we can find the time again we most certainly will revisit Ti-Tree Village.

We stayed at Ti Tree at Easter a few years ago and have been trying to go back but it always seems to be booked out. The cosy fire and all the touches you would leave a particularly dear friend if they were staying in your house – were all there – unasked for and surprising. We’ll get back there one day!

I have once again re-booked Ti-Tree Cottages for a stay in November. When you visit you feel like you are visiting old friends. Jodie and Tiffany always greet you with a smile on their faces doesn’t matter how long the Summer months have been for them or how tired they are. They are always prepared to give a helping hand. They will do anything to make sure your stay is comfortable. It’s like a home away from home. There is a beach, a river, walking tracks, cafe’s, restaurants & shops what more could one want. You can cosy up in Winter or sit outside your cottage and just enjoy! The cottages and gardens are impeccable and the staff there make it an exceptional stay. See you all soon.

My husband and I were looking for a place to stay, we had just spent 5 hrs on our motorbike and I was tired and we needed to find accommodation.

We pulled into the Ti Tree and we were immediately welcomed by Tiffany, who showed us the cabins and around the place, we were immediately struck by the cosiness of the cabins, and the gardens.

We just loved the decor, the open fire and the set out of the rooms and spa. We just loved the whole place full stop.

Unfortunately the Bark Hut was not in operation when we were there but Tiffany gave us some great options about where to dine.

We fully intend to come back down that way on another bike trip and we will, without a doubt stay at the Ti Tree as long as there are vacancies.

    Keep up the good work!!!!

My family of 13 stayed at Ti-Tree Village in June and just loved it! So much so that we are all going back in the summertime. It’s close to the beach, which our kids loved despite the freezing temperature, maybe because the spa was ready to welcome them back. We all enjoyed toasting marshmallows in the open fire too. We would recommend a stay here anytime!

We stayed at Ti Tree Village for 3 nights recently in the De Luxe with Spa home and were disappointed that the Sofa springs were broken and the TV was not working properly nor was the DVD player working at all.

The good points were the owners on reception who were always very pleasant and happy and we could pick fresh herbs and silverbeat from one of the gardens nearby.

My sister’s and I had a lovely memorable stay at Ti-tree Village. We relaxed drinking coffee & eating cake at the Dunes cafe, walked on the beautiful beach, both 5 mins walk away. Wined & Dined in Ocean Grove 10 mins walk away. We stayed snuggly warm with the open fire at night time. Slept tight in our comfy beds. Laughed & cried at free movies on the DVD provided. Played great favourite music on the DVD. Rested & revived before returning to reality at home with our families. All this was only 25 mins away from our homes in Geelong. Thank you. We had a wonderful 3 night break. Cheers Chris.

WE have been to tea tree several times now with the family, now every time we have a long weekend or a couple of days off school we are hounded by our children to return. An incredibly family friendly location that doesn’t take hours to get to from Melbourne. Every stay we have been greeted by familiar friendly faces and have even meet up with families that the children have played with before. We thoroughly enjoy our stay in the all australian ‘miners cottages’ nestled amongst some coastal trees for some peace and quiet. Warm cosy fire for the colder months with some red wine and delightful food at the fantastic ‘bark hut’ restaurant, another authentic australian design. We will be back asap hence awaiting some nice beach weather for another rest, recreation and romping. Thanks to Jodi and Tiffany for providing a home away from home…….we love it.

I have stayed at Ti-tree twice now and will continue to return at least twice a year. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! It is only an hour from Melbourne and you would think that you are in a different country. The seachange is amazing and the cottages are perfect for a lovers/family weekend away. It is in the perfect location close to shops, beach and town.

I have stayed at Ti Tree twice with my wife. The staff and facilities are number one. Attention to detail by the management makes it a pleasure to deal with professionals who take the time to treat their customers to the level of service that makes you want to return and stay. I have passed details onto numerous friends as the relaxed and inviting atmosphere is the things that memories are all about.

Ti-Tree Village is the perfect getaway. Quite yet close to the beach and the restaurant strips of Ocean Grove & Barwon Heads (or you could dine at their own restaurant – “The Bark Hut”). A great place to spend a week and tour the local wineries, play golf, head to the surf or just unwind. My wife and I have stayed there several times, but our engagement weekend and 10th anniversary were extra special. It’s a place we’ll visit again and again.

We stayed at a Luxury Loft Spa cottage for our thirtieth wedding anniversay. The last few years have been very challenging for us and to get away to the peace and relaxing atmosphere of the cottage did us good. So, so cosy with the log fire and the throws. A little ‘home from home’ without all the hassles. The beach is near, the shops of Ocean Grove and the lovely restaurant on the end of Barwon Heads pier, so close too. Perfect.

Ti-Tree has been a little spice of Heaven many times, over many years. Whilst living in Melbourne, it was a quick jaunt to the Grove and since moving back to the States, when time permits, we look forward to any time spent at this wonderful village. Whether I was on my own (recharging the batteries) or in the company of the family, summer or winter, the atmosphere of the village, the accommodation, the personal touches, the restaurant; the menu, the meals and of course the girls(Jodie and Tiffany) that make all this happen!!! Just love Ti-Tree!!! My highest recommendation to all.

We have stayed at Ti-Tree on many occassions and why…the Loft cabins are a great size and accommodate us and our 2 girls with ease. We love the open fire…wood chopped and waiting. Great location and an easy walk to the beach. The Bark Hut has the most divine and unique food, the staff are always friendly and we are always made to feel welcome. This place is a must for families and couples alike and we will continue to visit Ti-Tree and wish them all the best in the ‘Quest to be the Best’ !!!!

Had passed this village a few times and it had captured my interest from the road. The entrance was very private and decided to stay there on a trip to ocean grove for a birthday party after first looking it up on the internet. Response from email was excellent and swift. Although it was two night minimum we could only manage one night. (I wish it could have been longer!!). The staff were very accomodating to our special need .It was winter and on our arrival we found this tranquil, cosy cottage heated ,welcoming and spotlessly clean..The open fire was an added bonus. An added bonus for us was that it was within walking distance not only to the beach, but also to the party that night. Hope to return for a longer stay in the not too distant future.

Tranquil, calm, warm and romantic, are some of the words which best describe Ti-Tree Village. Its aura and vibe washes over you as you enter into its beautifully established cottage hideaways. Boasting with character and facilities this is one sure destination never to miss an appearance on your itinerary, where comfort doesn’t come close to the service provided by the friendly and warm staff at Ti-Tree Village.
The stay with my partner will never be forgotten. It was the perfect romantic escape coupled with the great experiences we are able to enjoy thanks to Ti-Trees ideal location; not too far from the CBD, and the perfect distance to endless getaways down the coast. Fantastic value for money, in all a delightful stay I stronly recommend. Thanks again Ti-Tree!

It was February 1987 when my husband,my mother, and I first visited Ti Tree Village. I remember it well – it was freezing but the welcome from Jan & Roger
( the girls’ parents) was so warm and friendly that I still return – at least once a year! I have experienced the early days and now enjoy this next generation
( these lovely young women) who so expertly run this most impressive business. I CHOOSE to return. Not just because Ocean Grove is such a magnificent beach and has some of the best walks around, but because Jodie and Tiffany are continuing their parents’ tradition of first rate accomodation, the warmest hospitality and a genuine interest in their guests and the future of their family business. Much has changed in my life BUT Ti Tree Village remains No.1 for me. I really do not want to praise it too much because I will have to share it with you all and I have felt for years that it was ‘my ‘ retreat!

Ti-tree village will always hold special memories for me. We spent our honeymoon there in 2006 and have been every year since. Last year we took our baby and in-laws and experienced the real family holiday in the Loft Spa cottage. The cottages are excellent – they are clean and have everything you need for your holiday away. The location is also convenient – walking distance to Ocean Grove shops and to the surf beach. We really appreciated the videos and magazines last year due to the cold weather over December. We also picked fresh herbs from the garden to use in our dinners on the verandah. Ti-tree is a very good option for couples or small families. The only other accommodation available in Ocean Grove at December peak tends to be large houses for 6 or more people. The only improvement I could suggest would be a dishwasher.

It is the best place to sit and quilt, the best place to sit and write student reports, the best place to sit with friends the best place to take my nieces the best place to just be!

We have stayed a couple of times and absolutely love it. It is such a different experience to anything else we’ve had that it makes us want to return and return. My favourite things are the breakfast basket, the open fire, the spa, access to the beach – not necessarily in that order. The staff bend over backwards to make your stay an experience. Loved it! loved it! loved it!

We came across these cottages by pure chance a few years and now we keep returning!
The log cabins are so comfortable and well equiped for the family – the location is fabulous ( only a short walk to amazing beach) and the town centre. Staff extend their hospitality, so welcoming and very friendly every time. My children also love the play area and games room –
This place is ideal for families and would highly recommend – we look forward to our next visit in January – cheers guys x

I shouted my family there for my Mother’s 50th Birthday, that kids stayed in a garden cabin and the parents stayed in a 2 story spa cabin. It was such a beautiful time away, the cabins were immaculate and cosy and had all of the creature comforts while maintaining an incredible restfulness. My uncle recommended ti-tree and I have done the same to others. Keep up the great work and good luck getting to number one!!! :)

Ti-tree village was an unexpected but great find for me and my friends who venture down to Ocean Grove every summer. We weren’t sure what to expect after booking it for the first time, but were overwhelmed with the cottages, and have been back every summer since, and will no doubt be there again this year when it starts to heat up. The rooms cater for everyone, families, groups of friends and couples. Can’t wait to get back down there,

Ti-Tree Village is my favourite place in Victoria for holidaying.
It is my retreat and a serene peaceful environment with a positive energy & it has privacy if you want to be secluded. You are surrrounded by nature at it’s best. Jodie, Ruth & all the staff are so friendly, professional, accommodating and provide 110% service so you always have a great time and leave to go back to reality happy, always satisfied, relaxed and recharged. only an hour and half drive down the bellarine fwy to escape to peace and quiet and bliss from the hectic stressful melbourne city lifestyle. Its an enjoyable easy drive which oi enjoy in anticipation of returning to Ti-tree Village, as I don’t like LONG drives to get to a destination of my holiday choice.
I have been coming down here to Ti-Tree for 20yrs and have been travelling all over Melbourne, Victoria, Australia and Overseas =World and I believe you can’t beat Ti-Tree Village for hospitality and 5 Star service, value for money etc I will always be coming here to stay in the pleaeant comfortable log cabins. Jodie is very professional, originally staying alonhg with all my family and friends in our caravan for 15 yrs before the cabins were installed. All my friends all also love Ti-Tree and have great vivd memories of our stay here and always come back aswell. So i highly recommend to everyone, do yourself a favor and stay at Ti-Tre Village at least once any time of year, as I know you wont be disappointed. I guarantee you will be back for more like myself! Thank you for 20 excellent years Ti _tree, You are Number 1.
    Yours Truly

Ti Tree Village is truly a wonderful place to stay. Beaches and Shopping are close by, but, upon entering the property you get the feeling there really is no need to go anywhere else. A games room, short strolls around the cabin areas, BBQs, Laundry, this place has everything… Then, you realise you can have breakfasts in your gorgeous cabin, for you to prepare how you like, at your leisure.. no time frame to worry about. Verandahs which give a large degree of privacy can make daytime a lovely together time, whether you visit Ti Tree as a Family or a Couple. In the evenings you have Board Games, Television, Wonderful Log Fires, Music and “The Bark Hut”, We loved the service, atmosphere and wines, we have, on every occasion, found the food was Magnificent… I vote for Ti Tree Village because it has everything, we have found it to be the best place to stay.

We have travelled the world and Ti-Tri Village, beautifully landscaped and so close to wonderful surf beaches and the friendly town, Ocean Grove, comes top. The Spa Loft was spacious, very clean and comfortable, but the criteria that sends the resort into orbit above all other exotic places we have visited, is the personal attention given by the staff to their clients, always with a genuine cheerfulness. My partner was taken ill and hopitalised for part of our stay, and communication with all concerned was not a problem for me because the reception staff stepped into the breach, assisting with telephone and faxing. Their cheerful support meant that we could contiue to enjoy our long stay at Ti-Tree.
We could not have chosen a better accommodation and I must not forget the delicious meals served at The Bark Hut restaurant. Super-excellent all round!

Ti-Tree Village was an unknown to us. I was looking for somewhere close to Queenscliff where my husband would celebrate his 60th birthday with a Driver Education Experience on the steam train on the Bellarine Railway line. What better choice could I have made? Even our two sons in their twenties who stayed with us at Ti Tree Village agreed it was the place to be. Extended family members also stayed and vowed that this was the place to return to in the near future. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

There are so many wonderful things to say about Ti -Tree. Firstly the staff are very friendly and helpful. Secondly, the accomodation is first rate. My husband and I have tried all levels of accomodation offered and all are wonderful. Ti- Tree is only a short distance to both the seafront and the local shops so makes an ideal holiday location. Previously we have jogged into Barwon Heads which is very close and on our next trip we are planning to take ur bicycles as Queenscliff and Point Lonsdale are within reach also. Of course you can also drive there should you prefer. Whatever you chose, relax or keep fit, Ti – Tree is a great place to do it.
Finally, They have great winter specials on offer and cosy open fires. A resaurant on site is great for those who wish to stay close by. Who could resist?????

I stumbled on this place in another racv accomadation guide. Although i had called numerous places my decision was made when i spoke with tiffany (co-owner) briefly on the phone. I was given the imediate impression of warmth and genuine customer care. All of this was reinforced upon arrival. We were greeted with smiles and information on what was happening locally. Any requests i had during my stay were met. Yet most importantly, the cottages were impeccable for the price. Clean and homely, and had all the little things that count. Plenty of towels, firewood at ur doorstep, a kids play area in the village. Videos free of charge. A very pleasant stay and well worth a visit!

Got to spend a wonderful weekend in the loft cottage, all the extra touches were superb for a romantic getaway, plenty of logs for the fire, botttle of red on arrival . The whole place is lovely and relaxing, clean and cosy , the perfect escape. You can be as active as you like with so much on offer in Ocean Grove, or you can just stay inside, fire roaring , glass of red , with all the mod cons you could ever need. Ti Tree Village has been there as a secluded, quiet getaway for us for such a long time… before we got married (multiple times), after… and again after we had our daughter. It’s the only place we think of when we need to escape, and it’s never a disappointment. Service is always top notch, and nothing is ever too much trouble. The Loft Cottages are always our favourite to return to!! Such a beautiful spot, and the beach, even in the middle of winter, is awesome.

Fantastic village of cabins near a beautiful beach run by delightful sisters who cannot do enough for their guests. We stayed there for our daughter’s wedding, and all told we occupied 6 cabins. All were very well equipped and designed, and very comfortable and cool despite the heat outdoors. All of us would have no hesitation recommending it to families or just to couples, young or mature.

We have been staying at Ti-Tree Village for some time, previously just my husband and I now we take the 2 boys as it is very family friendly. Cottages always clean and welcoming, my boys love going there and we always try and take advantage of the specials that they have on. We always have food delievered to our door with two little ones its great not having to worry about getting them ready, we just order and relax in the cottages.

Our favourite little getaway whether we bring our teenage children, or not. Romantic, relaxing, welcoming, a perfect place to come and unwind for the weekend, or longer. And only an hour and a bit from home (Melbourne’s south eatern suburbs). A breakfast package, a sleep-in, a walk on the beach, a stroll through the shops, a quiet afternoon drink on the balcony, a cuddle in the spa, a cuddle in front of the open fire watching the big screen telly, a romantic rustic-style dinner in the restaurant, retire to the loft room….. doesn’t that sound like a recipe for a wonderful weekend? It has been, and on more than one occasion. Can’t wait to get back there…..oh, and you always know when there’s special offers available if you join their mailing list. Move it to the top of your list – it at the top of ours.

We just love staying at Ti Tree Village any chance we can get – whether it is for a couple of nights on a weekend or a mid week stay to relax and unwind. We love it especially in winter with the log fire. The cottages are great – plenty of room and the beach is close by. The food at the Bark Hut Restaurant on site is great as are all of the staff. And being on the mailing list means we can be tempted to fit in that extra stay everytime there is a special offer. HIghly recommended.

My partner and I stayed in a luxury loft spa cottage for two nights in July 09, we are only newly dating and this was our first weekend away together to have some us time and we couldn’t of been happier with our choice to stay at Ti -Tree, the weather was cold wet and miserable which was perfect as we stayed in our beautiful log cabin, enjoyed the open wood fire and spa bath, a very romantic and much needed weekend away which I highly recommend.

Ti-Tree Village has it all: a beautiful village setting; well designed cottages with lofts; a perfect location near beaches and shops; and a restaurant with extraordinary and memorable cuisine. Ti-Tree village has the most welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive; the verandah style cottages are the perfect spot for an outdoor breakfast or a relaxing evening glass of wine, with cosy open fires. Perfection….. thats the only word to describe Ti-Tree. What makes it perfection is the whole package – the facilities, the staff and the little extras that often go unnoticed – the extra logs at the front door, the local food in the platters, the welcoming smile and conversation from the staff. Want to enjoy perfection – make a booking……. you won’t regret it. It has everything for everyone – family to romatic getaways to a tranquil relax from the world.

Well what can we say about the Beautiful Ti Tree Village Cottages.
It is the best accomodation in Ocean Grove. A family run business that provides all the special comforts you need for your stay away from home. The cabins are tastefully decorated with all the mod cons. The Bark Hut Restaurant is in the centre of the village for meals both “dine in” or delivery to your cabin….
And while you are on holiday in the Ti Tree Village you make the choice to stay indoors to relax and unwind, go for a stroll on the ocean beach, or go for a scenic drive,
This is definately our favorite place to stay.

Our family of five loved staying at ti-tree village. We spontaneously fell upon the place – but were thrilled with the cottage we stayed in. The kids quickly ran upstairs and claimed the loft as their own – and then didn’t hesitate jumping in the spa. Once the kids were asleep, mum and dad had their turn in the bubbles then prepared a snack in the well appointed kitchen. Kids played in the games room. Dad walked to beach for a surf! Very relaxing – a special treat!

This was the best place I have ever stayed at, the Village is wonderful. My partner and I have 8 kids between us and getting time to ourselves is very hard to find, so having a weekend at the village by ‘ourselves’ was just what the doctor ordered. After a 3 year battle with leukemia with my son, we just needed a break by ourselves and the girls were fantastic. Everything was beautiful and they could not have been more accommodating, right down to the breaky basket in the cabin, yummmmmmmmm!!

We will definitely be but, we just have to find the time!!

I visit Ti-Tree Village at least once a year. The rooms are always of the best quality and all of our needs have always been catered for. I love it that much that i selected it to be my special place to propose to my now fiancée…………… you guessed it ……..she said YES. It is so beautiful to arrive at Ti-Tree Village on a Friday night after a long week at work to a chilled bottle of champagne and a waiting log fire ready to light. The atmosphere is always perfect. It is always a must for us to book into the Ti-Tree Village Bark Hut restaurant whenever we visit as the meals and service are always perfect.

Over the years Paul and I have had many a weekend at Ti Tree Village. I would recommend it to anybody. A peaceful, tranquil place to just forget about everything in your busy life. Cant wait to come down and visit you all again. Sometime soon I hope.

What a fantastic little village, it has everything a family could need. Plenty of room, plenty of privacy, a fantastic place to eat , close to the beach and a beautiful spa for when the aching muscles have had enough surfing! We hope to come back one day.

Beautiful Ti-Tree Village. As a child my family would stay in one of the lovely cabbins every year at Christmas for many years. Now as an adult, it was lovely to have brought my children to stay in the log cabbins and see just how wonderful Ti-Tree Village is.
Looking forward to coming back for a holiday soon, back to the cosy cabbins, the spa baths and of cause the log fires, not to mention the wonderful friendly staff.

Great place to relax and unwind anytime of the year freindly staff and the surroundings are so peaceful and tranquil. We have been there a few times and always go back to the same place, why try anywhere else when you have all the comforts of home without all the commotion. So close to the beach and the main strip of shops to get what you need. This place should be in the top 10 not 101

My family and I have been to Ti-Tree Village many many times over the years (and my husband and I before kids) and rate it our favourite beachside accommodation in Victoria.

I will always remember my first stay at Ti-Tree Village. I cannot recall how many times I have been back and the countless family members and friends that I have referred to the Village. The cabins are marvellous, have all the modern luxuries and some beachy charm. Open fires, fresh breakfast provisions and bottle of wine in a gift basket on arrival, spa baths, fluffy towels, heavenly beds, 5 minute stroll to the wild beach… But that’s not all! There is a fantastic on-site restaurant! Great modern menu, great service, good thoughtful and wonderful-tasting food, an interesting and comforting dinning space, an excellent wine list, and, what’s that? You’d like to take desert and an after-dinner drink to your cabin? Not a problem! A summer or winter haven, Ti-Tree Village is just perfection! And, the best part – the prices are perfection as well!

Really great Loft Spa Cabin suitable for either two couples or a couple with an additional adult. Where else would you get such fabulous service- table set, meal cooking in your own apartment and such friendly staff. Definitely the best – clean, tidy gardens especially vegetables that you are invited to sample, fire wood cut and placed in front of the cabin for an open fire to add to the warm comfortable ambience of the village. In summer the beach is walking distance and the Bark Hut restaurant has a great early australian atmosphere – can’t say enough I just love visiting and always find myself returning to time and again to recharge the batteries. We stayed at ti -Tri Village on a couple of occasions, and I would have to say it is our favourite choice of accommodation on the Bellarine Peninsula. The welcoming huts are nestled among picturesque gardens, and offer the holidaymaker privacy, peace and tranquility. The huts were comfortable and cosy, and more than catered for all our needs. We couldn’t fault the service. The meal which we enjoyed, in the ambient atmosphere of the Bark hut, was not only delicious, it was very affordable. Ti tri village is also centrally located to all the popular tourist spots. There is a great shopping strip within walking distance, fabulous restaurants and a choice of golf clubs. You can take a leisurely stroll to the beach, or a short drive to the local wineries, and galleries.

    Hi there,
I just want to say what a delightful place Ti-Tree is to ‘get away’ and ‘escape’ the hectic world we live in today. I needed a ‘get away’ from my busy life and found Ti-Tree Villages. The girls in the office where ever so helpful in my booking process and upon arrival made myself and my 3 children feel extremely welcome.
It is in a great location and you really feel like you’re on holidays. My girls and I had such a great time, the kids always amused and I just felt so relaxed and at peace.
The food at the Bark Hut was delicious and meant I could actually have a break from motherhood without having to go anywhere at all!!
I would HIGHLY recommend Ti-Tree Villages to anyone looking at getting away and having that short term ‘Sea Change’ we all need every once in a while!!
It’s great for the mind and soul!
    Regards, Simone

The girls that run this place are absolutely fantastic, after booking elsewhere and arriving to find it was still under construction when we had a very ill baby with severe asthma…and losing hundreds of dollars in a deposit …gggrrrr…..the girls at Ti-Tree went out of their way to fit us in (during the christmas school holidays mind you). Our four children had been so excited about a beach holiday and to nearly have to drive home (many hours) would have broken their hearts. Not only are the owners great but the accomadation is beautiful, close to the beach and very family friendly….ooohhh and a must is their barkhut restaurant, or they will bring their superb meals to your cabin if you are wanting to stay in….so in closing my little WAHOO!! for these guys please go there and try it on for size as I am sure you will return over and over again, they realy make it a home away from home :) Oh and a very romantic weekend away also, you may have to trust me on that one ;)

My family have always enjoyed the hospitality of Ti – Tree Village with its well appointed, comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, it’s fun for the kids, romantic for the adults and nostalgic for the seniors. Witin a couple of hundred metres of one of Victorias best family beaches or an easy stroll to the main shopping hub of Ocean Grove. Quality dining, at the Bark Hut in the centre of the village, keeps us coming back time and time again. We recommend it whole heartedly to all our friends, as we do to you. Its one of lifes great experiences to visit Ti – Tree village, and enjoy everything they have to offer.

    Hi there,

Ti Tree Village is by far the best beachside accomadation i have stayed in throughout Victoria.
I say this as its has a country and beachside feel about it, the open fire places, log cabin structure, location(just a stroll to the beach), pleasant service from the staff, the cleanliness and presentation when you walk in the door… The list goes on.

    It’s a must stay.

I stayed at ti-tree for our 3rd anniversary, my partner and I were looking for somewhere within the Ocean Grove area and found ourselves in a very romantic setting with a great proximity to the beach. The nicely appointed cottages were very clean and very comfortable with special touches including pre-chopped fire wood, spa and the breakfast hamper was fabulous. Its a small collection of cottages located in Ocean Grove. Not only is it great for couples looking for a romantic getaway but a delightful family vacation spot also. My partner and I spent 3 nights on an unbelieveable special offer (as seen on their website) and enjoyed every minute of our time there. It is located within walking distance to the surf beach and only a half hour drive from Torquay and the Great Ocean Road. Or on those cold nights spent indoors, the village offers foxtel, boardgames and a games room open for the kids. Whether your a family or a couple, visiting here offers a warm and comfortable place to relax and put your feet up. I thank them for the great time we had!

We’re quickly becoming regulars at Ti-Tree Village. Offering a quiet, romantic getaway not too far from the city, Ti-Tree Village is a great place to get away from our daily lives! Not only are the cottages well appointed (spas, open fireplace, etc), you’re in the middle of the laid-back Ocean Grove area with plenty of things to do and see.

My partner and I stayed in a luxury loft spa cottage for three nights in June, taking advantage of the very generous off-peak `stay two nights on a weekend and pay midweek prices, plus stay a third night free’ offer. Normally $750, we paid only $440, and enjoyed three nights of beautiful accommodation. Featuring a spa bath, open wood fire, comfortable queen size bed and second upstairs bedroom with two single beds, the cottage was delightful. There were also two rugs supplied in the loungeroom to cuddle up under, as well as some lovely natural bath and shower gels. Board games and a PS2 could be hired from reception and the staff were very friendly. All wood was supplied and there was free pay TV. It was the best trip we have ever had at the best price I have ever seen.

Lovely place to stay, the cottages are very cosy, especially with the fireplace. Great location, close to shops and beach; I’ve stayed a few times now.

Fabulous, quiet, well appointed delux cottages close to patrolled surf beach. Open fire or air conditioned depending on the season and wonderful covered veranda and out door setting. Everything you need is provided including food supplies if desired. Restaurant with Australian theme on site. Family run and staff are so friendly and helpful that you feel part of the family if you wish or descreetly allowed to enjoy a romantic getaway.
